After sitting in their lot for 6 full days, the company informed our Insurance carrier that they had never received the car, and that it was not on their lot. This required several phone calls to "find" her car, which was there all along. This company then continued to not return phone calls from the Insurance carrier, keeping the car on their lot for two full weeks, refusing to release the car to be towed to the auto shop. When they finally agreed to tow the car, they stated the car was towed off their lot, even though it took them two additional days before actually releasing the car.
