My husband and I have 4 vehicles on Turo. Unfortunately one of our vehicles was in an accident without our knowledge. The vehicle was towed by Always Towing & Collision LLC. We had no experience working with them but after this, they will be the only towing and auto repair shop we use. From the first phone call I made to them, frantic at 4:30am trying to locate my vehicle, Tia and the team have been nothing but stellar. They helped us work with Turo to get reimbursement, calling the Turo customer service specialist themselves and advocating on our behalf. They kept us updated each time we called and allowed us graciously to stop by to check on the car. They did numerous safety tests when the sensors on our car were failing. They did a wheel alignment. They cleaned the car inside and outside before giving it back to us. This place is truly the best. I cannot speak highly enough of Tia, Stacy, and all the mechanics that had a hand in repairing our car. While I hope to never have to bring another vehicle in (lol) I am assured that next time we have an amazing company to work with. You all are the best! read more

They bent both front tie rods from towing my vehicle. I recommend everybody check their tie rods after using this company

Where should I start! My insurance company used this company for roadside assistance and I will be making a complaint to my insurance company in hopes they never use this company again. I got a call from mike and he was very rude and nonchalant. It's a Sunday so he insisted we get it towed on Monday morning (like what?)...he has no manners. He gets to my car and have my husband drive the truck on the tow truck (which is his job) and he didn't hook up the car or nothing to secure it. He just pulled off... Get to the auto shop, calls me, and asks where can I park it. I tell him where to park it and he just hangs up. i was in town for a fun weekend when i had car trouble!! i was referred to this company and this guy saved the day!!! they were progressional and very prompt with time!! i mean when the dispatch told me 30-45 min, he came in 20! He was nice not nasty like most tow truck men and very helpful! not to mention the price was very affordable!! i referred them to all my family and friends!! and even told them they need to come to atlanta lol. read more
