I called, they came out the same day to give us a quote that was $1000 below the other quotes we had received. The customer service throughout the process was exceptional. A crane was involved so they needed to confirm availabiity prior to scheduling the removal date (within two weeks of the initial call). The day before our scheduled removal I got a text confirming that they'd be here in the morning. At 7am a crane, chipper and a multitude of other specialized equipment and people showed up. In less than 90 minutes, the tree was gone with absolutely no damage to yard and plants growing near the tree. The entire neighborhood turned out to watch as it was something to see.
