Went there to have torn arm rest vinyl repaired…read more I was quoted 1.5-2 hours. So I dropped the car off and went out to kill some time. When I returned at 90 minutes, they said it was done. They replaced my torn vinyl with vinyl that had scrapes and small tears. Seemed like some scrap piece or a rushed job. There were also scrapes and gauges to my plastic trim pieces that happened to line up with the scrapes and cuts on the vinyl. Obviously sloppy work with a metal tool while tucking the vinyl into place. He explained that he was rushed, that another customer came in and that 1.5 - 2 hours isn't enough time to do this job. He should have quoted more time if the job takes more time. I explained I wasn't happy with him replacing torn vinyl with more torn vinyl. But he wanted me to pay him and told me I could come back another time & he would glue the tears and apply cover up paint to the scratches. We settled on him taking the work out and me not paying. That's when I was able to see he got glue all over the armrest, to include inside the door handle.

I was told 10 days, but it was more like 2 weeks, that's fine. But the work is horrible! My husband picked up the chair because I was out of town. When I saw the chair I was beyond pissed! I could've done a better job! The chair has wrinkles in it, the stitching is sloppy and slanted, and to top it off the back cushion is lopsided! This man couldn't even sow in a straight line! Unbelievable! I feel so ripped off! I don't understand why he has a business! DO NOT bring your furniture here!!!
