Satterwhite did the job for $1300 and did it to perfection! These folks are awesome. They are professional, knowledgeable, and fair. They're definitely deserving of my 5-Star+ rating. I would highly recommended them for any auto interior work. Oh, when I picked up my car after they finished, they had a boat seat that they just finished replacing the upholstery...it too looked fantastic. That's going to be another very satisfied customer.

Any other upholsterer would cost double and take three months to complete the work which they accomplished within three weeks! Just call around Lynchburg and you'll see what I mean. Went there to have torn arm rest vinyl repaired…read more I was quoted 1.5-2 hours. So I dropped the car off and went out to kill some time. When I returned at 90 minutes, they said it was done. They replaced my torn vinyl with vinyl that had scrapes and small tears. Seemed like some scrap piece or a rushed job. There were also scrapes and gauges to my plastic trim pieces that happened to line up with the scrapes and cuts on the vinyl. Obviously sloppy work with a metal tool while tucking the vinyl into place. He explained that he was rushed, that another customer came in and that 1.5 - 2 hours isn't enough time to do this job. He should have quoted more time if the job takes more time. I explained I wasn't happy with him replacing torn vinyl with more torn vinyl. But he wanted me to pay him and told me I could come back another time & he would glue the tears and apply cover up paint to the scratches. We settled on him taking the work out and me not paying. That's when I was able to see he got glue all over the armrest, to include inside the door handle.

I was told 10 days, but it was more like 2 weeks, that's fine. But the work is horrible! My husband picked up the chair because I was out of town. When I saw the chair I was beyond pissed! I could've done a better job! The chair has wrinkles in it, the stitching is sloppy and slanted, and to top it off the back cushion is lopsided! This man couldn't even sow in a straight line! Unbelievable! I feel so ripped off! I don't understand why he has a business! DO NOT bring your furniture here!!!
