They listen and care and it shows. They understood that our primary living space could not be days without proper seating. I scheduled an appt. for consultation. We confirmed that they had all of the materials in stock, and due to our close proximity, I was able to consistently deliver a couple of cushions at a time for replacement and once those were completed, I would deliver more. Several pieces of furniture sustained damage in our recent move to the area. The shelf on one our…read morenightstands was smashed. Tommy did an excellent job restoring it. Likewise, the leg on our piano was nearly snapped off and he reinforced it and fixed it cosmetically. He also repaired a deeply scratched dresser. He is very busy, but he made it over to our house to give us an assessment and performed some repairs on site. He is a gentleman and an artist. We couldn't be happier with his service.
