They demo'd, remediated, and repaired our master bed and bath (including a GIANT shower), and 2 guest rooms. took everything down to the studs and built it all back up to code and updates. It turns out there were items that could not be repaired due to the way the building was built and then it took over 2 weeks for him to get the rest of the repairs done, including holding up closing because he kept saying he had bolted the toilet and caulked the toilet bottom, this was not done until the morning of an already delayed closing even though Mark kept saying he had done it. This man is delusional! Additionally he was hired and prepaid in cash to provide an opinion and drawings on whether a wall could be removed and if not, then could an opening be cut into the wall. He provided a sketch with very little detail for removing the wall and NEVER provided the sketch for cutting an opening in the wall. He kept saying he would provide it but he never did. In the end, Mark promises much and delivers little. There are better inspectors out there and younger inspectors that don't get in a bad mood because they've had to crawl in uncomfortable spaces. Next time we'll hire someone who is happy to deliver good work and is pleasant to work with, Mark is not a pleasant person!!!
