Ive never tried this company until my recent trip. On a previous trip, as I was waiting for my other company shuttle I noticed this shittle and parked with them this time. The lot is easy to find, well lit and quite large. Good staff and a great experience. I didnt have to wait at all once I got down to ground transportation. The red color of the shuttle stands out. I forgot my coupon from the website for $11 a day but it was $10 per day with my AAA card. Great experience and certainly much easier than to get a drop off from family/friends when you live 1 hr away read more

Able to make reservations and pre pay online. Quite convenient! Shuttles are usually quite quick and clean. Drivers friendly. This time driver saved at least 30 minutes, bypassing all the cars in line, by circling around and coming in a slightly different way ! read more

Great 10-day parking experience! Quick shuttle service to the airport and back. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE. We were 11 minutes past the reservation time and they tried to charge us for a full extra day. We had to wait a good 20 minutes for three shuttles to go past because they were all full. Pay the extra and park at the airport read more

Shoutout to Frances, our Quik Park driver on the evening of December 10th at DTW. She dropped us off at our car and then waited. Our car wouldn't turn on--completely dead and battery drained. We got back on the van as as she dropped off the other customers, picked up a portable charger, and then helped us jump our battery. She told it was common for cars to be dead, and it was company policy to wait until they see the car turn on until leaving. Frances was our hero that evening. And Quik Park really is fast. Will be using from now on. read more

Helen F did a great job directing people to get on with long lines and people trying to line jump. She did was friendly and fair.

Easy drop off and instructions where to go off of this place's website. The lot seemed fairly secured, and I left my vehicle there for 5 days. The shuttle to and from the airport was quite expeditious. I waited maybe 3-5 minutes for a shuttle to the airport. When I arrived back in Detroit I walked out onto the curb and a shuttle was just leaving, but before I could get pissed about it another shuttle was boarding - NO WAIT. Overall a great place to leave your vehicle; although, I wish the coupon online worked, which it did not for me. read more

Best place to park when flying from DTW. Shuttles run constantly. Gets you to your exact parking spot on your way home. On the road 30 minutes after deplaning. A plus! read more

Helen, over at McNamara terminal is great. She really keeps the traffic flowing smoothly. Helen has a great attitude and is very personable.

Worst shuttle service compared to other lots. 4-5 compared other services for each Qwik park

Worse service ever! Waited an hour and a half. Was told to f..... off by people who pushed me to the ground. Not acceptable. Figure it out, I had to take a cab to get to Qwik Park. What is wrong is that there is no system and mob mentality took over. read more

This 5 star rating goes to Helen! Got off our flight and went to jump on the shuttle only to find a giant line of people waiting for the same shuttle. What could have been mass chaos of people, it was organized and well maintained thanks to Helen!! She was out there making sure everyone was in line and no one cut in front of those who had been waiting, she was directing the other shuttles around and did it all with a smile. It was actually the most organized I have ever seen the transportation area. While waiting for the shuttle we had such a great conversation with Helen. What a great person! Thank you Helen! read more

Used this lot only because the usual business I use was *FULL*. They did kindly re-directed me here and mercifully they still had spots open (Xmas eve - so understandable). Found a parking slot quickly, got picked up in rapid fashion. And dropped off at the airport in good time. I will definitely use their services again in the future. read more

Shout out to Don, a Quik Park driver who came to my rescue when my car wouldn't start on February 24th. Quik Park employees take care of their customers. read more

We like using Qwik Park, they're quick and always ready to get you to the airport and back to your car. So far every driver we've had has always been nice and very helpful. I've never had to call while waiting for a qwik Park vehicle, they seem to be there when you're waiting for a bus. Seems like every time we are off the plane and with our luggage and arrive at the drop off stop, they're right there! Plus, you get a coupon when you check in with yelp to use upon your return when you check out! read more

Qwik Park - Nearing the exit - Parking Near Me - Romulus, Michigan

As an avid traveler for the past 25 years for both Business and Leisure, my family and I have always used US Park however, due to their poor time management and severe decline of service we tried Quik Park for the first time on November 29, 2024. It was by far the Best parking experience we have ever had at any airport. This was solely based on our driver Lamotta. She was professional, cheerful, humorous and kind to every passenger on the shuttle. She was engaging and quick on her feet to help with luggage. The level of customer service was impeccable. Her sweet personality made everyone smile and put us in a pleasant mood after a long day of travel. I genuinely appreciate the level of customer service she provided and in my opinion, she went above and beyond her responsibilities as a shuttle driver. We will absolutely use Qwik park again and I highly recommend them to other frequent travelers. Thanks again Lamotta :) read more

Book online for $10 a day or make sure you print out the coupon as sometimes they might not accept the coupon on app. Otherwise parking is $11 a day. read more

The week of March 25th 2023, 29 cars were broken into, with an additional truck stolen from the lot. They advertise this as a secure lot but somehow no one heard 29 alarms going off or heard a truck drive through a back gate. They didn't even know when these cars were all broken into! Check the cameras you say? They have NONE. My kids had a great ride home sitting on glass. Yes we asked if they had a shop vac or anything to help us clean it up enough to get home. Nope. Avoid this place. read more

I have often used Quik park as a place to leave my car went flying out of DTW. Their parking lot is uncovered, so one does have to consider whether the hassle of possibly returning to your car - covered with snow is worth the savings over the covered structure at DTW. However, it is the least expensive option for longterm parking. It is the place with the red buses. They run almost constantly between the DTW terminals and their parking lot. The longest I have ever had to wait at the terminal for a bus is 15 minutes and it really was only one time. Most of the time when I walk out of the terminal there is a red bus waiting. When it is busy at the airport the bus fills up quickly and you might have to wait for the next bus. The bus is hold about 12 riders. The buses pick up in a covered area across from baggage pick up at the Macnemera terminal. I have forgotten where they puck up at the other terminal. To get to this area you have to go up one flight of stairs but you can use the escalator or the elevator, from back from baggage pick. Then go across the street on the skyway and then go back down one level to get to the area where all the shuttle buses pick up. OK I know this sounds like it might be a hassle but it's really not. What you get on the bus you give the driver a red ticket that was given to you when you dropped your car off and the bus driver puts them in order and then drops people off at their car. If you are the last person to get dropped off this might take five minutes. You should have your keys out and use your remote to flip the light so the driver knows which car is yours as he's announcing his next area of drip off. Before you give the driver your ticket you should look at it to remember what letter and what number space you are in so when the driver calls out "hey who's parked in J 15", you know whether it's you or not! The other nice thing that many drivers do is offer to actually put your bag in the back of your car. Not all drivers do that but there are some who do. Many of them in the winter, wait until you've started your car to make sure your car will start. I have had a situation where I was dropped off at my car, the driver did not wait and my car did not start. I called Qwik Park and they sent a driver immediately out to retrieve me so that I could wait in their offices for a tow truck. Don't forget to tip your driver! read more

If you've ever had the misfortune of parking in the "Big Blue Monster".... then you KNOW how miserable your experience can be. Driving around & around looking for a spot.... and then WHEN you finally do find a spot, you are LOST and don't exactly know where you are in relation to the skywalk/bridge. Sometimes you get lucky, and you are Close-by and On the Same level as the Skywalk (lvl 4, i believe); but sometimes you can end up in a far-away, remote corner (shudder). You CURSE out loud, and Swear 'NEVER AGAIN'. Well, QwikPark is your solution! Now, I'm sure someone can say: "Well, anyway shuttle service is Better than the BLUE Monster." Well... i guess... you might be right. But i'm talking about QwikPark. $8 every 24 hours, and $50 per Week. Print the Coupon, or load it on your Smart phone. These guys have it down to a Science: 1) When you first pull in, they ask" 'Which airline are you flying?". They ask because the Shuttle that comes to pick you up, is only going to Your Terminal. SO you don't WASTE time waiting for the driver to deliver Everybody else. 2) When you fly back to DTW and realize that you have LOST your parking-ticket-stub (the paper that tells you WHERE you parked).... QwikPark has you covered. Just Tell them your License Plate #, and they will locate your car instantly. HOW?? BECAUSE they Took a Photo of your LICENSE PLATE when you first Pulled in. And if you have NO IDEA what your license plate# is (hey, it happens), QwikPark can still find your car by searching under the Date your flight departed, and Work it back from there. Well, i've rambled enough. Happy Travels! ~VK read more

Qwik Park - Parking Near Me - Romulus, Michigan

Qwik Park is the best airport parking lot! We have been coming here for years and have gotten nothing but courteous, respectful drivers and excellent service all around. I don't know how timing works, but whenever we see people waiting for their shuttle, we walk past them to ride on the big red Qwik Park shuttle that is seemingly always there. I believe they have a shuttle every 10 minutes, we've never had to wait in the dozens of times we've used their service. The process is simple; you drive up and pull a ticket. There is an attendant that will direct you on where to park your car, which is categorized by letters. They have a huge, expansive parking lot with signs directing you on what letter/row you're driving in. A shuttle driver is notified to pick you up at your car in your respective letter/row parking. The driver will take your bags and when you get on the bus, you are given a red slip with your letter and parking vicinity. This red slip should be kept in a safe place so you don't lose it while you travel; you'll give it to your driver on the way back so they know where your car is parked. Then you get shuttled to the airport and on your way. Once you land from your trip, you go back to where you were dropped off to get back on the shuttle. You give the driver your red slip and they take you back to your car. You're stopped at the gate to pay for your parking and then you're all set to go. I recommend checking their website before you go as they typically have a coupon for discounted parking rates. You can also use your Yelp app for check-in offers, too. Their parking process is seamless and makes traveling less of a head ache! read more

When I recently couldn't get to my normal parking lot (VP motorcade shut the area down completely), I exited at Merriman and found Qwik Park. They're affiliated with my regular lot, US Park, so I knew I would still get excellent service. Quick pick up, and there was a bus waiting in the shuttle area when I arrived home. Online coupon ($8/day). They also have some kind of park/fly deal running with the Marriott property next door (Fairfield, I think). I would use them again. read more

This review is 4 stars only because I'm mentioning Stephanie in it. Stephanie is the most professional, safest driver at quik park. I use the quik park shuttle service for work and I always lookout for Stephanie. Her attitude is always gracious and positive and her rides are smooth and comfortable. I do not like using quik park because many drivers are speeding, slouched back, and unprofessional. But there are a few top of the line drivers and if I knew all their names I'd mention them, however the most memorable driver is Stephanie. read more

This is the quickest and easiest place to park for flights departing Detroit Metro Airport. They have stellar throughput with regard to pickup and drop off. You barely wait 5 mins at either end. Nothing beats quick and efficient service from your car door to the airport door. It is only a 5 min drive from the terminal. I use this frequently for personal travel. read more

This place is legit! Drop off your ride, jump on a shuttle and when you get back they'll likely be waiting for you by the Ground Transport exits. "Easy in. Easy out." My favorite saying honestly. If your not in a hurry and want to save some money give it a shot

Done with Quik Park. Tired of standing around for 20 minutes at 1 a.m. and watching a steady parade of other lots' buses go by. You call, and they claim their buses are dropping other passengers at the lot, which can't be true when your flight is the only one in during the preceding 20-30 minutes. Sad, because we've used Quik Park for years. Not any more. read more

A lot of parking available and the bus follows you to your spot to pick you up. Quick, straightforward drop off. Always a bus at McNamara, or North, ready to go. Print out the coupon to save a buck. However, you do spend some time shuttling around to people's cars upon drop off. Also, sometimes, there are not enough buses at pick up and people have to wait for the next one. 10/10 would recommend read more

We always use QWIK Park for trips out of DTW. As an agent, I am always recommending them for clients as well because their drivers are professional and always willing to help with bags. So make sure to ask your agent if they have any specials with QWIK park. The shuttles run often so there are no long waits which is very convenient. Great online specials as well, so make sure to check them out at https://qwikpark.com/. read more

Both shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. Both ladies in booth at pick up and drop off were very rude and did t care to any any of my questions. Bad customer service really ruined the experience. If rude interactions don't bother you this is the place to to. Edit: changing from 2 stars to 4 because after a friendly chat with the manager and a refund I will be giving them another chance next time I fly. read more

This is my default go to parking when I go to the airport. You can get a coupon online or if you check-in on Yelp, you'll get a daily rate of $8. You can also prepay for your parking by going online... but I would not recommend that since you never know if your flight will be delayed, cancelled, etc. Just go there, get the ticket, park and make sure you check-in on yelp to get your special daily rate. Only compliant I have is... I have returned to DTW and found that they either don't have enough shuttle or we are just waiting because the only shuttle there is full... but this is also hit or miss... read more

I have parked here a few times recently. They are awesome at getting you to the airport. If you are rushing, let them know and they do the best to hurry and get you there ASAP! Quick bus ride to the terminal and reasonable pricing, but why do they refer to the McNamara terminal as the Midfield terminal? Helloooooooooo? This terminal has been open since 2002, thats 14 years ago since they gave it an official name! Tools! UPDATE on 1/16/2018 at 1:18am - PATHETIC Qwik Park - Get your act together or I promise I won't be back. Arrived to park at 1:03am and finally got picked up by a bus at 1:18am after standing outside my car in the cold in the middle of the night for 15 minutes. Very disappointing. Time to change your name from Qwik Park to Slow as Hell Park. Good thing I am not cutting it close to my flight time this time. read more

An unpaid endorsement for Qwik Park. Winter 2016, returning from our Christmas trip, I watched half a dozen Qwik Park shuttles go by while we waited for Airlines Parking shuttle. I resolved to switch to Qwik Park So this year, when we left the terminal in 3 degree weather, there was a Qwik Park shuttle just waiting for us. When we got out and started to load our car, the driver got out with a giant snow brush and cleaned off my car. THAT is how you get a customer to stick with you. read more

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. We use this lot several times a year and have never had an issue with them. Sure, you might wait a little longer during peak times, but what do you expect. If you want your car immediately, then park at the airport for $23 a day. read more
