Carpets never smelled nor looked stained - everyone told me it was a waste of money because my house was always so clean and ruggables are inexpensive. Still, I remembered how kind Tim was and thought - it couldn't hurt. While the before / after pictures of the rugs look about the same ... the black water does not lie. That's from my rugs! I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. It just shows you WHY you really should get rugs professionally cleaned. (FYI No harmful chemicals were used nor poured in toilet.) Marlando returned my call and was awesome to work with. A+ for customer service. He scheduled my appointment and we were set to go. Then there was some confusion with the person who was supposed to come but as soon as i contacted Marlando, he had the problem rectified before i even got home and had two people come clean my house to make up for lost time. The two people who came were really good. I wish i had a before picture of my oven but they had it sparkling!! They didn't get to all the rooms in my house but I blame myself because my house was a pretty big mess. They even washed my dishes and did a thorough cleaning and dusting of my sons room, our living room, office, kitchen and two bathrooms. All the clutter was left in manageable piles per my consent and all surfaces were dusted and cleaned. They finished the job with vacuuming and mopping. I think if i had some time to declutter, i would have probably made it easier for them to be more productive. Overall i would recommend them. FYI their company policy is not to take out the trash just in case they throw something out that you didn't want to throw out. I would hire them again. Their regular cleaning price is reasonable and competitive.
