After five hours, the basics were still untouched, no dusting, no wiping, and they didn't even vacuum under my son's bed. More surfaces were dirty or dusty than clean. My daughter's dresser, shelves, our bookshelf, all were still dusty. The kitchen sink was still stained, and I had to spend 10 minutes scrubbing each bathroom after they left. NONE of the bathroom floors, grout was cleaned as I asked for this to be done specifically. When I brought this up, the owner was completely dismissive, offering excuses instead of solutions. She claimed they didn't want to use bleach, but somehow they used it just fine on similar tiles in the shower. The lack of proper cleaning supplies, poor training, and absence of an efficient routine was evident. What's worse, the owner, despite being well-educated seemed to show no accountability or integrity in handling the issue. I paid $500 for what turned out to be a subpar job. Save your money and do not use this company. PS From the negative reviews, they explain exactly how dismissive the owner is.
