I have used Window Genie before for cleaning the exterior windows and was pleased with the result. I have reached out to 3 cleaning companies and the pricing between them came out pretty close but I have to weight into the Genie since I had a very good experience. The busy crew arrived days after setting an appointment with Nate. They did a quick cleaning of the gutters but later that day I found some hiccup on the job. So I reached out to Nate and he assured me that he'll send out his crew again to complete the job. The next business day the crew arrived early and addressed my concern. Good leadership, easy to talk to, can addressed issues, and top quality work. I highly recommend Nate and his Window Genie crew. Will look forward to hire them on my next window cleaning job.

What the??? We had an ice dam and we had no idea how big it was since we couldn't get a good look (with over a foot of snow on the ground). Looked online and found Power Seal. We called after 9pm and the owner answered. Made an appointment the following day for removal. He himself came to the house. Told me he was short staffed and had to do the work himself. Right then and there I knew we were going to have good service. 3 hours later our ice dam was ice free and clear. Highly recommended !

Their soft wash tag is what drew us to schedule a consult since our house is over 100 years old and we didn't want to damage the porch/deck area. Thankfully NYC isn't too far from where we live and there was no issue in getting them to come out to northern NJ. We were able to work directly with Nick who was super accommodating with our schedules and this guy gets an A+ for customer service! He showed up on time and was super friendly and professional. He managed to complete the washing of our large deck/patio area including all of the deck furniture within just a few hours and it looks brand new! We definitely plan on scheduling additional time later this summer to power wash the front of our house. It's easy to become a loyal customer after just the first visit. Thanks Gridline Shine!
