    Chicken Katsu Garlic Noodles*

The food is always top notch excellence. I wish the portions were larger but that is only me being a noodle monster because reality is I am always immensely satisfied and clean my bowl!! The staff is always friendly even when under pressure of being busy. Food is fresh and the flavors are on point! Tried an appetizer with my friend this time and appreciated they put the egg on the side for her (i am not a fan of the runny egg) great spot for a quick bite or for spending time and talking.

Wanted a quick bite to eat and a drink after shopping with my friend and decided to try Quan Hapa and we were very glad we did! Though the noodles were a tad bit salty, the drinks were in point and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the crowd was not too rowdy. We were able to have our own conversation without interrupting others and we sat at a full bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our hostess/bartender/waitress was slammed but made it look effortless. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good time good food and good conversation and company![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I came in on a snowy day and had my choice of seats with 2 friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a small seating area inside to be prepared to wait at a more popular dining time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the garlic noodles. As the name implies they were VERY garlic heavy and forward. Maybe too much for me. I wanted a little more creamyness to them. The Fried chicken on top of my noodles was perfect. Crisp and full of flavor. I tasted my friends ramen and it was very good. The Pizza like appetizer was also a great flavor experience. If you don't like a lil slime on your egg ask for the egg cooked as you prefer. I've of liked over medium. Learning experience for us;)

I'm so glad theyre open early because the Vietnamese iced coffee gives me life. The garlic edamame has literal chunks of parmesan garlic pieces. need I say more? I can, because the chicken katsu garlic noodles on builds on that dreamy idea. So yum. I'm only bummed that adding tofu or chicken to the garlic noodles is an extra $7!!?! kinda cray. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service is always great, and the vibes are good[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I was very disappointed in the food the shrimp and Vietnamese beef were so dry I felt like it could crumble in my mouth. The noodles were very bland. Our waitress was great and very friendly and was the only good part of eating here.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]A trendy spot in OTR without a ton of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Snagged a reservation for 4 on short notice on a Saturday night. We were sat quickly and the service was good. I realllllly wanted to love the food here, but it just didn't do anything for me. We started with some loaded waffle fries, kimchi, and edamame. These were all just fine, nothing particularly amazing but nothing bad either. Amongst the four of us, we had the Garlic Noodles with Shrimp, the Sichuan Spicy noodles, and a bowl of ramen. The garlic noodles themselves were definitely the best dish. Unfortunately, the shrimp were all cold despite it being a hot dish. The Sichuan spicy noodles had a ton of ma sensation without really any other flavor. I probably won't be back unless something really peaks my interest.

I have mixed feelings on my experience. I dined here recently with my book club. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We came on a very cold night and the restaurant was freezing cold inside. We all had to wear our coats and we were still cold.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have their outside area tented off, but as a result it made the whole restaurant very cold.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I definitely will not return in the winter time. Our waiter was fine, he brought us what we needed. I had the Hapa ramen. The night of I thought it was okay but nothing exceptional. I brought home the leftovers and had it for lunch the next day and the flavors had melded in a way that it was tastier on day two than when it was freshly made.

I've been here a few times since moving closer to OTR. The wait time isn't bad and they take reservations if you want to plan something. The inside is great and they have covered patio seating when it's warmer outside. I love the food here and highly recommend the chicken with garlic noodles. For an appetizer you could try the Korean BBQ Wings or the pancake.

This small restaurant is the bomb. Make a reservation on the weekend since seating is limited. Our server Brandon was so nice and explained the menu for us since we were first time visitors Our food was so delicious. Japanese pancakes who knew were so good. I also got the shrimp curry hand roll and my friend got the spicy salmon hand roll. All of it amazing. The drinks are fantastic too We will be back to try something else

Was excited to try this place, but disappointed in the food especially. We started with the Soju flight, and it was interesting, but too sweet for us. We also tried the wings with the Coconut Lemongrass sauce. The sauce was good, but the wings were just okay. He tried the salmon garlic noodles and I went for the wagyu. He liked his noodles and said his salmon was okay, but my steak was cooked medium well done well when I ordered it medium rare, so I did not enjoy it. I also tried the Lime Basil Me cocktail and he got an Espresso Martini and we thought those were just okay. The service was fast and friendly, though! Our server was very nice and answered all my questions well. Ambience didn't feel special and the covered patio isn't watertight because we got wet even though we were closest to the inside. It also got loud even though there weren't many people there. Might have given 3 stars if it wasn't for how high the bill was. The prices here do not match the quality or experience you'd find other places.

Every time we go to Cincinnati we visit Quan Hapa. This place is our favorite for years. Okonomiyaki was good as it used to be, first time order Calamari and we did not disappointed! My husband loves their KFC too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was nice and they are very dog friendly![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I love this spot! The service is always so incredibly nice and well paced. The introduction is always clean and the vibe is perfect for a night out at dinner or a lunch spot to try out. I love that there is anime playing on the tvs because it fits the theme at all time. When it comes to the delicious food that is served, i have yet to have something that i dislike. The KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) was delicious and I will keep coming back for the pancake that I received. This place is somewhere you need to check out and will keep coming back for more! To start this place is a "sit down" but you have to order at the bar and they bring it to you. We were a tad thrown off with that since they literally had waiters and people roaming around, didn't make sense to me. But that was just the start! We decided to order nachos and a pretzel to start the meal. The pretzel was disgusting, hard and lacking flavor and the $14 nachos was a side plate with a small portion of nachos on it. I asked the server what was with the size of the nachos and he said he though they were normal. They aren't, you go to a normal bar and for $14 comes out a platter with nachos that are loaded. Then our mains came out, my wife's salad was gross, lacking flavor and with dry chicken and my burger was decent. For $90 this meal should have been WAYYY better. We left feeling very disappointed and will definitely not be coming back.

The restaurant spans two floors, with a large outdoor seating area that is covered. The menu is quite expansive. I tried a buffalo chicken wrap and it was delicious. The beer was also good, and they have a happy hour from 3-6pm on weekdays which makes it even better. If you're looking for something to do during the week, they have live music as part of "Rockin' the Roebling Summer Concert Series" which takes place every Thursday (May 21 - September 10) from 6-10 PM, on the grass area right off the outdoor seating. We had a reservation for 5:45 p.m., were seated around 5:55, and didn't see our server until about 6:10. That wasn't an issue at all as we completely understood how busy the restaurant was. We didn't get our food yet and staff began preparing the room for what appeared to be a private event. They weren't just clearing empty tables, they were completely removing tables and chairs from the dining room. Before long, it was just our table and one other left in the room, and it became very obvious that they were trying to rush us out. Our table was directly in front of the stage, and the DJ suddenly began testing the sound system at full volume while we were still eating. I have hearing loss, so having a speaker blasting directly behind me was extremely uncomfortable. What I believe was the owner then approached our table and asked, "Would it offend you if he starts testing the music?" I responded that I understood they needed to test, but asked if we could move to the bar since the music was so loud and it obvious they were clearing the room and rushing us out. Instead of answering my question or offering any accommodation, he simply replied, "Well, the bar and the whole place is bought out," and let the loud music testing continue. We were left trying to finish our meal with the speakers blasting directly behind us. What I don't understand is why reservations were accepted for 5:45 p.m. if management knew the restaurant would be completely bought out at 7:00. If there was going to be such a limited amount of time to dine, that should have been communicated when the reservation was made. Instead, management made us feel like an inconvenience although we were paying customers.

I sat in the bar so I could watch the band Mystic Mile perform, and they were great. I wish I could say as much for my Po' Boy. As shown in the photo, it was huge! As soon as I saw it, I knew I was going to need to eat some of it with a fork before I could get it down to being a manageable sandwich, especially since it had 13 nice-sized pieces of breaded shrimp. There was so much on the French bread roll that I could not even see the roll. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and tasty, and the homemade pickle slices added a nice touch. However, once I got to the point of trying to eat it as a sandwich, I was very disappointed to find that the roll had a hard crust and tough interior. It definitely was not crisp on the outside with a flaky, paper-thin crust and airy on the inside, which is how Po' Boy rolls were in NOLA. I took two bites of the roll and decided I would finish the shrimp with a fork. I ordered the Bananas Foster bread pudding for dessert. It had a great flavor, but the banana pieces were hard, like biting into an undercooked carrot. Overall the bar service was good, but the food quality was mixed since it tasted great but had some big flaws. BTW, if you're a big fan of root beer, try their draft root beer. It was extremely tasty. I wanted so much for this to be a great experience, but I have yet to decide if I'll return to give them another try.
