Our downstairs bathroom has been a mess since we purchased the house many years back. It became…read moreevident early on that the previous owner shoehorned the thing in to sell the house and made a multitude of questionable decisions while doing so. One of which, only tiling half of the shower, bit us recently when we had the windows replaced on the house. (Yes additionally there is a window right in the shower). After the window replacement (which included fixing a bunch of dryrot as a result of the improper tiling in the shower) we needed to get someone to perform the difficult task of tiling the rest of the shower, including wrapping the freshly installed window and while matching the existing tile. Fern not only matched the color but also the pattern, carrying forward all the oddities from the original install to make the addition seemless. The work was fast, the results are better than we had hoped and the price was great. The only downside I could note was that, due to the complexity of the job, we had to approve a Time and Materials quote but with a bit of extra communication with the estimator we were able to arrive at a reasonable expectation of what end cost would likely be. After all of that however the final cost came in under our calculated expectation which was a great surprise! I would happily use these folks again and would like to thank them for their fast, inexpensive and quality work.
