He has since helped guide me on some home insurance claim questions that ended up being really good advice. A friend shared a cautionary tale of what happened to her as a result of a similar circumstance and I told her similar happened with us but we didn't have same fallout with our insurance because we took Nick's advice. We successfully renewed our home policy a second year, where if we had stayed with our previous broker we would have been dropped a year prior. We are so thankful we found Nick.
