When it was time for renewal, multiple emails were sent and calls were made requesting immediate help and no contact was made. Her assistant called a few weeks later asking how everything was going and I informed her of my experience and how disappointed I was. I requested that Sara contact me and nothing happened. When the renewal was up again we got a new company and called Sara and canceled the plan and told them what was going and how disappointed we were with the service we received. They canceled the plan and then a couple of days later her assistant called me and asked me if I wanted to get Life Insurance. After informing her of my previous experience multiple times, I can't believe that she called after canceling the plan to ask if I wanted a different plan. Finally after canceling the plan Sara made it a point to contact me. Maybe if she had made an effort when I had sent multiple emails over multiple years asking for assistance she could have kept my business. I would NOT recommend Sara at all if you're planning to keep your policy for more than a year.
