I haven't had Quiznos for a few years. This location made it absolutely delicious. The female worker was very clean and professional as well as friendly. The whole experience was great! The price was $26 for a large steak sandwich and a small turkey sandwich. The cost of everything everywhere is crazy, so all in all it was fair ishly priced. The subs are outstanding. There hasn't been any other sandwich shop that I have found amusing than Quiznos subs. Their sandwichs are warm and toasty with fresh vegstables to chose from. There are many bread options to choose from and the one that I recommend would be the Rosmary bread. Not to mention, their customer service is excelent. They provide quality service to all their clients and they have the patience to privide their clients with their needs to provide the best quality service. Went to Quiznos for the first time. The sandwich I got, the classic Italian, was fantastic. The great sandwich maker, Justin, was very polite and recommended it to me. The prices are a little higher but definitely worth it. A much better sub compared to subway! read more

Hadn't eaten at this Quiznos location for 3 years because of poor food quality, however our stopped and brought us their new Old Bay sandwiches on Sunday and they were great. So good we decided to go buy another Monday evening but it was nothing like what had been served from the very same store 24 hours prior. There wasn't enough lobster to even make a half sandwich, even though my wife tried. She ended up making about 1/4 of a sandwich with what lobster was there and it still wasn't anywhere near what was on the sandwich Sunday or even close to even covering 1/4 of the bread. The lobster was dried up and from the best we could tell had either no Old Bay seasoning on it, or was so minimal you couldn't taste it. I had decided I would get my "old" favorite from when we went to this location a couple times a week, the Italian. Not only did it didn't have capicola, pepperoni or cheese it only had one tiny piece of salami and two pieces of ham. I asked for 2 or 3 their Batch 51's on the side, they gave me 3 ketchup packets. When I saw the ketchup in the bag, I asked again for the Batch51 and they acted like the ketchup would do, it took asking 3 times before they finally gave me one condiment container of it. If we had seen them making the sandwiches we would've spoke up on the spot about that as well. However we live about 5 minutes away and called when we got home but they never answered the phone. There were no other customers in the store before us, nor any when we left the lot. My wife called again the following morning, was told no manager was available for the entire day. The lady took her info, said she found the transaction and would have someone call us, but she never so much as apologized. Fast forward to today, Thursday, still no word so I called back and was told there was no manager available nor did they have any idea when one would be around in the coming days, AND they had no record of us calling. We started this journey to simply get new sandwiches and was in the spirit of trying to help them improve service (not as Karen & Ken) so they would remain viable. However at this point they have proved why we stopped going to this location and will not have our business. Avoid this location at all costs! read more

Stopped here during a road trip between Chicago and Denver. Very average experience. We got my 2 year old god child a grilled cheese sandwich in a pita. It was very bland, but I guess okay. I wasn't in a huge mood for a sandwich so I went with Chicken Noodle Soup. A little salty for my taste (which is saying a lot because I love salt), but it was edible. Good beverage selection and my travel companions had no complaints with their sandwiches. Bottom line: This is going to be a hit and miss, as is the case with many similar chains. (who is working, management style etc..). The place probably won't kill your day, but its not like anyone will go out of their way to come here either read more

I haven't had Quiznos in years and I honestly forgot how much I loved it. What can I say? I'm a huge sucker for good broccoli and cheddar soup and theirs is amazing!! I got a big bowl of it and loved every bite! I also got my son and I the Turkey, ranch and Swiss sandwich. Before he had only ever been exposed to Jimmy Johns and Subway, which don't get me wrong, we love. But the toasted goodness of Quiznos is just something special. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. This location was very clean. There was plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. And it was a great place to stop for a quick lunch. read more

Only reason I am even giving a second star is because the sandwiches were semi-enjoyable. The girl working behind the counter was so rude we were caught off guard. She was curt and not once did she attempt to converse while making our sandwiches. My step mom had said "hi how are you?" As we walked in and the the girl behind the counter seemed bothered with this attempt. I understand with the pandemic is the world is crazy right now but there is no reason to treat people poorly. I found a long black hair hanging out of my sandwich, took it back for my refund and the Hispanic lady with long black hair whom was standing next to a co-worker who is also a Hispanic lady accused me of putting the long black hair in the sandwich. I visited that location three to four times a week and to be accused of this was pretty pathetic and reckless. For one, I'm bald and two, I'm a grown man. I also spoke with the owner via phone regarding a gift card I received and wanted refunded and he was very unprofessional and rude. I must have caught him on a bad day. I will never eat Quiznos again. This location is not up to par as I've witnessed employees wearing gloves to take payments and then go back and handle food. What a nice Quiznos! Clean, quick service, they make it your way. They even have the same stable employees that have been there long enough to know what they are doing. Watch the chairs though, some are wobbly. I so appreciate the lighter fare lunch we get here, generally low on calories and low on sodium! A healthier alternative to greasy fried foods! Love their honey mustard chicken salad! read more

Greedy owner...he doesn't care about customers....charging extra for additional sauces...no Quiznos in the world is charging for that...he does and forcing his staff to do so. read more

I dont work far from Quiznos so its convenient for me to go there, and alot of time I do. Normally, i have atleast a 4 star experience. Today, was way worse than any experience I have ever had. I ordered a sandwich and told them what items to leave off. When i got my sandwich there was some oregano blend on it. I explained that I didnt ask for it. What appeared to be the manager said that it comes on it. I asked where it says that, and he says "its been that way for 30 years." He came off very rude and didnt once ask if I would like to remake it. This was not something I wanted. He didnt seem to have any care. No where on the menu does it state that they would add that. Another team member took me to the register, so silly me, i didnt see my sandwich get made. If i come back, I wont make that mistake again. The rest of the staff was nice. The soup is great. The subs are ok, to expensive for what you get. read more
