I literally called all the tire shops in town and this was by far the best value for the same tires (Goodyear) that my vehicle came with off the lot. Not only was the price the best but once I got here the customer service was amazing. Every staff I've ever encountered has always been nice and knowledgeable. I have recommended this place many times. This is now my go-to place for tires. Tip: Call ahead of time to ensure they have your tires in stock. If they don't they will order them so they're here when you 12/11/19 (update): Still 5 stars. I recommend this place to anyone. I sent my 19 yr old kid down here from another tire shop after he went there for a "free" tire patch and they wanted him to walk out with a $118 tire...After the guys here checked it out they determined he didn't need a new tire and his current tire was fine. He had woken up to a flat tire earlier in the day. They guys here couldn't find a thing wrong with his current tire and think maybe someone manually let the air out of his tire. So glad this place employs honest people & professional people. I always recommend this place.

I understand a shop gets busy, just a heads up of their actual estimated time would have been nice! The front desk let another customer know the waiting time and even offered them a ride home. They promote the $75 oil change with tire rotation, I paid $79.94, don't really know why the add on. It seems like a trustworthy place, other customers come in and seem they have had great experiences there. My experience tanked when I got into my car and there was a lot of dirt all over my break pedal and mat, my instant thought was that I just might have not noticed it before but then I realized the wet dirt on the break pedal drying up.

It happened after I had rim repair (welding at a different shop) and the Tire pressure sensor was swapped to another rim which got loose inside the tire. I visited a couple of good known mechanics and said that the sensor was detected inside the tire but for some reason they couldn't reprogram it with their scanner (no charge for that) and said maybe need to go to the dealer. I called Firestone and they quoted me for $250 parts, labor and balancing. I visited my favorite tire shop Pacific Tires 1001 E Main St Visalia CA (559) 627-8664 And right off the bat I was greeted by George and before explaining all the story he said "it is the sensor's battery or something wrong with the sensor. You need a new sensor and it will cost you $70 total" (parts, labor and rebalancing) And yes. That was the fix. They have about 8 workers and the wait is minimal. I also needed new front brakes for my Toyota Corolla and I was quoted 450 at the Toyota dealership just for the front pads (no disc) and pacific tires did new pads and new disc (front only) for less than 300 ( I forgot since was months ago) Thank you Pacific tires

I wouldn't know the first thing about car maintenance. Explained my tire pressure monitor issue as best as I could and he walked me out to my car to see it for himself. He did a courtesy walk around and quick inspection of my vehicle and instantly told me what was specifically wrong. Just off of the 15 minutes spent with him, he explained everything that he was doing, how it can be fixed, how much it would cost and that they could do the service right on the spot. I was blown away. Never in all of my 13 years of driving have I been assisted with great car maintenance customer service the way that I was at Billingsley Tire in those 15 minutes. I needed new tire pressure sensors for my vehicle which definitely was not what my initial tire and Auto shop told me needed to be done to fix the dash error that kept coming up. In the process of replacing those, Mr Blake rolled one of my tires in the waiting room to where I was sitting to physically show me the alignment and tread on my tire and how by the book this means it needs to be changed in the near future. He did not pressure me at all to buy a tire at that moment, just simply getting me as the customer to understand some things they look at in the tire and auto world and simply to give me a warning. That meant a lot to me as a woman who doesn't know cars at all. That was TOP TIER customer service. That is the reason why I will no longer be going to any Tire and Auto place but here in Lemoore at Billingsley Tire. Great staff and great help in my time of need on a late Friday afternoon. God bless this Staff and this Business. My husband and brother will be bringing all of our cars here. "It must be right or we make it right" -Billingsley Tire, Inc
