The only complaint I have is that when I turn on the faucet the water came out was brown color. Luckily there was 2 bottles of water so I used that to brush my teeth. Everything else was good. It looks like the parking lot has good security.

After the second time this woke me up with a palpitating heart thinking I was going to have a heart attack, I called the front desk, while that noise was still going on, to complain and requested a different room ... Instead of being polite and just moving me to a new room, they started to insist for me to pay more money, and they cant move me... Even though the loud noise was assaulting my peace and serenity that I longed for when I booked this room. I had only been in the room for 2 hrs, and they insisted I could not cancel. After explaining this to my booking agent, and at the front desk for 2hrs, I was finally given a refund. And finally left toward a different hotel. The customer service was terrible, thinking about the money.. Instead of making the customer whole for the agony of not getting the rest and comfort that was paid for. I don't say this lightly, think twice before booking a room at Hotel Malibu, definitely DON'T DO IT "Service is what makes you come back again and again." Well, that did not happen here. At any price, nobody deserves to be treated like I was. . ESPAŃOL Terrible servicio, por las alarmas de los carros me despertaron cada rato, me queje y les dije que me cambiaran de cuarto, no quisieron.... que solo si pagaba mas dinero... Por un problema que otro huésped causaba, mi estancia fue terrible. Termine por irme a otro hotel. Por el mal servicio, tratar de sacar mas dinero, no solucionar el problema, no se merecían mi dinero... por supuestamente un hotel de calidad. Solo si dieran buen servicio es cuando uno quisiera regresar. NO FUE ASI A cualquier precio, nadie se merece ser tratado como lo fui yo.

Everything else is great!…read more I've been here two nights and dinner has been terrible the first night I had chicken in mole it was a chicken breast, had two bites and tasted a bit off I looked at the chicken and it was undercooked. I didn't complain just paid for it. The second night I had the tostadas de callo. I've had these many times but what I received was old smelly, squishy callo. I had to complain. They didn't charge me for my plate and service was really bad. Room is great and breakfast are amazing but dinner here I have to say not good at all.

We went down stairs and the front desk switched us to a new room, no fuss. We went up to the rooftop bar, great views and great drinks. The food however was a different story. Everyone in my group had issues with the food we sent back some of the food, but it wasn't any better when it returned to the table. Needless to say we did not eat here again. If you stay here visit the bar for the views but avoid the food. Overpriced and very low quality. Lastly, the hotel lobby has no restroom!!! Almost everyday while waiting for our friends in the lobby we had to make the trip up to our room in the 5th floor to use the bathroom. The was such an inconvenience. The hotel is centrally located and there are many restaurants and places to see within walking distance. I personally will not stay here again.

I just spent 18 nights there on a business trip, so I feel I have a pretty good understanding of…read morethis hotel. Service was great. Everyone is kind and helpful. This, to me, to me, is important. I never experienced any problems with the team there. Security is also high. Like it or not, ladies were often questioned at the elevator if they have a room key. They are trying to keep the hotel free of prostitution. My room was very clean. The latch on the door was busted, as seen in other pictures, but housekeeping was offered each day and the amenities are nice. A nice, comfortable and clean room make it an easy stay. Room service is prompt, but the food isn't amazing. Burgers are grey (I asked if it was pork or turkey due to the color) and undercooked. Order it one notch above where you'd usually prefer it. The pizza isn't edible, nor is the lasagna. Towards the second half of my trip I just started ordering from Uber Eats as the food in this city is amazing. The Sessions restaurant is okay. Same with the rooftop bar. I'll be back to Guadalajara for work and will be staying here each time.

They made my reservation for the wrong dates I requested early check in as I always fly in from out of the country on an all night flight and I have been waiting for over 6 hours without any response to resolve the issue and no room has been given to me even after they made the mistake to reserve the incorrect dates
