Very bad service, let me explain...
After checking in and in my assigned room, sleeping restfully... I was awoken by a very loud car alarm right in from of my room.
After the second time this woke me up with a palpitating heart thinking I was going to have a heart attack, I called the front desk, while that noise was still going on, to complain and requested a different room ...
Instead of being polite and just moving me to a new room, they started to insist for me to pay more money, and they cant move me... Even though the loud noise was assaulting my peace and serenity that I longed for when I booked this room.
I had only been in the room for 2 hrs, and they insisted I could not cancel.
After explaining this to my booking agent, and at the front desk for 2hrs, I was finally given a refund. And finally left toward a different hotel.
The customer service was terrible, thinking about the money.. Instead of making the customer whole for the agony of not getting the rest and comfort that was paid for.
I don't say this lightly, think twice before booking a room at Hotel Malibu, definitely DON'T DO IT
"Service is what makes you come back again and again."
Well, that did not happen here.
At any price, nobody deserves to be treated like I was.

Terrible servicio, por las alarmas de los carros me despertaron cada rato, me queje y les dije que me cambiaran de cuarto, no quisieron.... que solo si pagaba mas dinero... Por un problema que otro huésped causaba, mi estancia fue terrible. Termine por irme a otro hotel. Por el mal servicio, tratar de sacar mas dinero, no solucionar el problema, no se merecían mi dinero... por supuestamente un hotel de calidad. Solo si dieran buen servicio es cuando uno quisiera regresar. NO FUE ASI
A cualquier precio, nadie se merece ser tratado como lo fui yo. read more
