We arrived shortly before our reservation time, and had a drink at the bar before receiving a text that our bay was assigned and ready. Our server was attentive and checked up on us often. We spent about 2 hours there, which was the perfect amount of time for a couple games for a party of 6.

I'm not cheap, but I need to come out later in the afternoon to get around in and normally I'm willing to play less than 18 based on the light. These guys tell me that because somebody crashed a cart that they no longer allow you to make the turn after 3:45 tee off. It's a complete rip off and they should rethink this.

Our interaction with Steve in the pro shop was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, arrogant, and overall just unprofessional throughout our interaction. The experience became so upsetting that it LEFT MY WIFE IN TEARS, which is something we've never experienced at any golf course. That's especially disappointing because Red Hawk Ridge has always been one of our favorite local courses. As Castle Rock residents, we've played here many times over the years with friends and family and have consistently enjoyed the course itself. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated by STEVE, we don't plan to return for the foreseeable future. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the level of customer service in the pro shop, because the quality of the course deserves a much better experience than the one we had. Quite frankly, I'd expect to start seeing more negative reviews specifically about Steve. He is not an asset to your organization and should not be in a customer-facing role in any way, shape, or form.

Christian and her assistant, Sarah were so responsive and personable that made our planning process easy and actually fun even from a distance (we live in Chicago). They were organized, eager to help and gave lists of top of the line vendors to work with. Christian was welcoming and made us feel so comfortable on their Ranch. She even gave my wife a warm hug and calming words of advice on our wedding day. Deer Creek Valley Ranch will always hold a dear place in our hearts. I'll never forget the amazing sight of my wife coming over the Covered Bridge on a horse drawn carriage to marry me. Now I hear the place is even better now that their Man Cave is done! Everything we have been rained out we have been offered a rain check. The food is great and nice place to eat at the turn around. We always enjoy golfing here. One thing to note is they rarely have the beverage/snack cart going to definitely get to go for your cart.
