I came in for a simple tire patch, and after leaving, I noticed my valve stem was leaking air, something that was perfectly fine before. I immediately called the shop to explain the situation and they told me it was covered under warranty and that I could come back to get it fixed, but when I arrived they completely changed their story, saying the warranty only applied to the patch, not the valve. Even after explaining that I had already called and been told otherwise, the owner argued back and forth with me instead and in the end, I was forced to pay for the service again.
