In the short time I was in line, I watched him deliver the same professional, upbeat, and genuinely positive interaction to the three customers ahead of me as he did to me. His attitude and energy were contagious--I actually walked out in a better mood than when I walked in. I parked out of the way of all pumps and the doors. And an employee with the name TONY on his shirt came up to me and asked if I was broke down. I told him what was going on. He said I was there an hour and he's been watching. It was 26 minutes at that point. He was completely rude, dirty with a cigarette burning in his mouth and honestly looks like he's on drugs. I have been coming to this location for years. Fidel, Rachel and Myron have been an exceptional…read moremanagement team since the beginning. Now that Fidel left, the new store manager, Santana is awful! She talks down to customers, treats them like they are stupid and have even seen her talk down to employees. A few days ago I was standing at self check out and she made a comment to another new employee that she was going to make the store be women led and push the men out. On another day I came in and she was yelling at the kitchen staff and I asked the new blonde girl at the registers and she said, oh she's just yelling at her husband!! I was shocked because that family tension should NOT be for customer eyes to see. This is not the experience that this location had before she came. It used to be friendly and a place where regulars were known by name. Now it feels unwelcoming because the new leader treats customers and employees like a dictator. Bring back the old staff because the new ones are going to bring the store down.
