As I walked to the pump I almost slipped and fell. I went inside and asked for a manager and a young man asked what I wanted and I said are you the manager and he said no. I shared with him what happened and to my surprise Iria the manager was standing there the whole time. She mumbled something and I asked what was she saying. She rudely rolled her eyes and rudely said that I told him to fix it. I said so no apologies for me almost falling and hurting myself? She said to the next customer in line is this all for you. She was very dismissive and rude. When I went outside to take pictures she went to the pump next to where I was and the young man came to put something over the spill. I said thank you and I see she's not going to apologize with her rude attitude and behavior. She then came over to my car talking about she's a grown woman and I had to step back into my car to ask her what she was planning on doing. She then said I tried to flip things on her when I came into the store respectfully and I returned her rude energy back on her. Why not say you are the manager when you first heard me ask? Why not immediately apologize to the customer who almost fell because you didn't have your staff cleaning the pump areas? Why roll your eyes and then become the victim when the customer responds to your attitude? Then act like I inconvenience her when her pump areas are nasty and full of gas on the ground. 3359 hwy 317 Suwanee I will never come back there because the manager got me out of character with her rudeness and dismissive attitude. This QuikTrip is located on Exit 111 -- you actually have to drive a good half of a mile before you're able to locate it, but it's the main one on this street, and it's the closest one to my parent's house. I used to frequent this QT all the time in college because Suwanee was a hot spot -- it's your typical QT - has plenty of gas pumps, a hot foods kitchen and your typical convenience store. This QT also has some outdoor seating, which made it even a better place to hang out late night when everything else closes. My most recent experience -- I was picking up some rollers but I noticed the place wasn't that busy but it took forever to hand down the cashier. I understand it was late night but she literally looked like she was doing something else -- the only reason why I can't give it a 5, but other than that - QT is QT. This QuikTrip is located on State Route 317 (SR 317) just off I-85 exit 111 in Suwanee. If heading north on 85, this is the last QT you can fill up at before the 985 split. If I'm filling up at this QT, I'm most likely eating at a restaurant close to this exit like Umaido (ramen), 770 (Korean BBQ), or Poetree Cafe (Korean) -- there's some good food up this way -- or playing golf at nearby Bear's Best Atlanta. This QT utilizes one of the newer store designs that started popping up around (and outside of) metro Atlanta in 2012. It's big, spacious, and clean. It's well stocked and it's got a well trained and friendly staff. In metro Atlanta, QT is the standard when it comes to gas station and convenience stores. I'm a fan. This QT has 20 pumps and is situated at the busy intersection of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd (SR 317) and Satellite Blvd NW. You can enter/exit from either road. This is a safe and reliable place to fill up. The gas prices are low and they use Top Tier Detergent Gasoline. Every pump also has diesel fuel. The pumps are in good condition and working order. read more

Are you kidding me? THIS is a gas station!!!! Listen, I was already a big fan of QT, but they have knocked it out of the park with this store design. Introducing the newest QT concept store, and it is freakin' fabulous. I was driving down the street minding my own business when I caught a glimpse of this masterpiece and did a yewy in the middle of the street to come in and check it out. I couldn't believe my eyes, it's incredible that QT would go to such expense to make a gas station convenience store look this awesome. It is so good looking, no one in the store seemed to think it was weird that I was taking pictures and a few customers came up to me asking "Can you believe this place? It's like a 5 star gas station!" They aren't kidding. Note to those of you who don't know, this is what QT is known for: *G-uaranteed Gasoline at a low price *E-xtremely clean and well stocked stores *T-rustworthy prices better than grocery stores *H-UGE retailer of cigarettes and Coke/Pepsi products *E-asy to make fountain drinks, smoothies, slushies and shakes *R-eally clean bathrooms, floors, service counters and glass doors *E-xtremely friendly store clerks that speaks to you when walking in the door *N-ew and delicious tube foods like Jalapeno hot dogs & potato rollers *O-h, and some of the best coffee and cappuccino's any *W-here This place is so clean, I'm pretty sure I overheard a pregnant lady making plans to deliver her baby right in the store. Starbucks & Dairy Queen watch out, because I think QT has it's eye on a piece of your market. I was wondering what the sitting area out front (complete with huge umbrellas) was for until I saw this. Whoa, okay, so this is the greatest QuickTrip I've ever been to. Huge. Almost 15 slushie flavors. The same stuff you'll find at any other QT and more. Drinks (except for milkshakes) and pastries are cheap, but candy is expensive. All pastries are 50 cents after 3 pm. Selection isn't always the best, but who cares? Very clean, attractive location. Go to this QT instead of the one in Lawrenceville. read more

This place is crazy. I heard the commercials that positioned QT as a place to get real food and good coffee and the such but as it turns out...it actually IS!?!? I have a short commute by Atlanta standards (1 1/2 hours each way) and because of this I start it around 5am. I dropped in the other morning to get gas and a cup o' joe and it was like a night club in there. I got the obligatory "welcome to QuickTrip" when I hit the door but it was backed by actual enthusiasm. The place was packed...there had to be 15 people in there and they had three registers cranked up. The coffee and breakfast burrito I got were both better than anything I could have gotten below the golden arches and the overall selection was beyond impressive. I know I sound like I've never been to a convenience store before but trust me, I'm only writing this because I've been to a thousand and none of them have ever been like this. I love this QuikTrip! I work just down the street, so I come here often for drinks, snacks, etc. This is no longer a convenience store, it is a fast food restaurant, coffee bar, market, and many other things all rolled into one! I love the design; there are multiple entrances for easy accessibility. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and polite, even late at night or early in the morning. And of course, the restrooms are always clean and well stocked, but I wouldn't expect anything less from a Quik Trip. My only slight complaint is that it is difficult to get back onto Satellite Blvd. I have to leave the QT and make a Uturn, which isn't always easy on Lawrenceville Suwanee! read more
