I think he could have gotten his point across without the sarcastic, unfriendly tone. I work at a facility where if someone shows up one minute before closing or even at closing time, we still have to remain open and we don't get to leave until an hour or more later. But I'm always still pleasant to my customers. I didn't even go in because I didn't want to be that jackass and inconvenience anyone, but he certainly made me feel like a jackass. I'd suggest the manager or someone update the CVS hours, please don't get mad at your customers for abiding by the hours stated everywhere on the internet and your page. It's not fair to employees or customers. Updating the hours will probably make both employees and customers happy.

She told me the prescription was wrong and I needed to go back into the doctor to prevent delays. She was right. They rewrote the prescription and sent it to the pharmacy. I drove to the pharmacy. The First Lady didn't think they had the medicine. The Second Lady, I believe the same One I spoke to the phone, said they had it and it would be about 20 minutes. In under 20 minutes it was ready and I was out the door. Saved me a lot of time and I energy!
