Y'all, this is my go-to QT. It's super close to my house and always poppin'. I must admit, my favorite times are when I pull up and see that they have Miller Lite on sale! Like most other QTs if you are going inside, the cashiers are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The only times I go in are when I need ice or gum! Most of my time spent here is out at the pump! They definitely have times that are super busy and it's really congested, but otherwise, it's a great place to fill up. Like a couple of the other reviews have stated, there are occasionally some folks who ask for money, I never have cash on me, so I usually just buy 'em a coffee. Why not! Cheers, QT. I was trying to use my fleet card at the pump but the pump was refusing to read it. This happens every now and then so I went inside and tried to pay there and the numb skull behind the counter had the nerve to tell me that my card was declined. I said that's not possible it didn't even prompt me for an odometer reading or driver number but he insisted that in front of a bunch of people in line at that. When I went back out to the pump my card worked just fine. It would be nice if he would not say stuff that's humiliating and inaccurate in front of everybody and told me to call my company. Thankfully I'm used to this kind of nonsense and I figured it out on my own. read more

The workers really try to do their best here, but unfortunately, it's the clientele that drag this place down. There are always people begging for money outside all the doors. They have been shootings here. Before they rearranged the store, I've watched kids run out the door with handfuls of chips and whatever else they could grab. They have security now, but I don't know how much good it does. The coffee and soda stations are often a mess and not stocked well. To be fair, the place is always hopping and doesn't seem to have enough employees to keep the area clean. I will say the bathrooms are pretty well maintained, and the shelves are usually stocked. It's just a rough part of town, unfortunately. If you're a big QT fan, I suggest the Chouteau and Jefferson location, which is better. read more

First of all, let me just say I Capital L LOOOVE all QT's... .... They are like sanctuary to me. Always well lit and safe, always a decently clean bathroom, us bank ATM aaaaaaand wait for it cigs, beer, gas, and just about everything else! This particular location is kinda my favorite right now cause it is close to home. Sometimes I walk up here cause if I don't need to refuel, I can always count on this place being open for whatever I need! Thanks QT for being a St. Louis institution that doesn't suck! read more

This was the worst experience I had at my favorite gas station which is QT. When I first entered the location, it looked like someone took the dumpster and dumped all of the trash over the entire premises and each part of the grass was filled with trash. Then I walked into the women's bathroom and there was trash everywhere. All of the toilets were backed up , one of the sinks were stopped up and there was no soap in either dispenser.I did not even want to use the bathroom there which is the first time I've ever had this experience and a quick trip in my entire life. One of the employees mentioned (she says she checks bathrooms every 30min but it definitely didn't look that way) that this was because of the people that come in to this location.I will never go to this location ever ever again read more

Great spot for a quick drink or snack. Employees are awesome and it's 24 hours. Plus the cops stop by often so it's safer than some spots.

Normal Quick trip. Not sure why there are at least 2 security officers there all the time.

All Quiktrip's are pretty much the same, this one is closest to my house so it is the one I frequent the most. If the neighborHOOD has an epicenter this is it. This place is packed at all times of the day. I would normally give Quiktrip in most other parts of the city a 4 or even 5 star review, but this one is different. The staff is usually rude, you can never just pull up to a pump(always a wait), and the fountain drink area is always a mess. Pros: Always armed police officers at the door, they keep their grass really green and trimmed, free air for your tires. Cons Everywhere Bottom line: If you want to see people screaming at their babies, get panhandled on your way in or out, and general mass chaos, pop in, trust me it's way better than the 7-11 down the street. read more

If you don't have to get gas in this rough little corner of the earth, don't. But if you need gas, go here. Compared to other gas stations in the area, it is well lit, open,and they have security. I'm giving 4 stars based on the condition of the gas station and convenience store for the area, not because I am suggesting that you drive across town to go here. read more

Ah, what to say about QT? I've probably eaten more chicken logs than I care to count. Excellent topping bar for your hot dogs and various roller snacks. I love that they have started making sandwiches in house every morning. The Santa Fe wrap dunked in Chipotle and ranch is divine. Whatever happened to the cucumber chicken wrap (best paired with grey poupon). Sometimes at QT there are awful useless police officers that really ruin my day by being bored/boring loud mouth dick/baton swinging blockheads. Whether you like police or not, I think we can all agree if you are a police officer that gets put on qt duty to act as the most useless qt employee at any given point, you should be ashamed of yourself. If you like panhandlers and slow service, this QT is for you! You can't walk into or pump gas at this QT without panhandlers begging you for change. Now, the panhandlers are now coming inside and asking for money and the on site police officers do nothing about it, as they are too busy texting on their cell phones. I often witness the same bums come in and steal donuts and beer while the stationed police officer is off joking around with employees. When waiting to make a purchase in a line of usually 10 plus people, one worker is often manning the counter while a couple others are joking around and texting in open kitchen. On a positive note, a few members of the staff are very friendly and patient with the clientele that shops here. This is the worst QT. I hate that this is the most convenient gas station for me to visit in distance, as this is location is no wear near the level of positive experience I have at other locations. Tonight, on 02/19 at 7:20pm I went to this location again. Not only did panhandlers hit me up for change in the parking lot, inside several people were stealing sodas and bags of chips. Where was the in duty police officer? He was texting on his cell phone not paying attention to anything going on. I had to tell him that people were stealing but by the time he finally got done texting, they were long gone. It was five or six individuals stealing handfuls of stuff. This QT is the closest to my home. I do expect it to be busy like most QT's but here the cashiers are slow and the lines are typically long. The fountain drink area is always a mess & something is always out of service. The people who work there are very rude. It's almost as though customer service doesn't not exist here. I've gone to the "Kitchen" at this location and one woman had gotten snippy with quote "I do not give a f*" after my order was not rung up. She didn't even bother to verify and her manager was just as rude. To be honest they treated me as though I was trying to steal two funky pretzels. Even though I had just made a purchase, the pretzels were just forgotten. The second time I went to their kitchen a different woman had indicated that they didn't have any croissants. So I selected another sandwich using toast. After I had paid for my order then that's when the woman had indicated that they didn't have toast for that sandwich either. Keep in mind they had they bread the night crew didn't take any out & she didn't either. Overall their staff needs to go through customer service training!!! Even though this QT is closer to me, driving the extra mile for good customer service is worth it. read more
