Typical South side fast food place. Slow service (although they were fairly friendly here; most places, the employees look at you with contempt for even coming in), so so food, 75% order accuracy at best, not that clean. We're just stopped by for a quick bite in between activities, and it was ok. It took forever to get the food, but I didn't expect anything less. We ate inside, so we were able to just walk to the counter to get the forgotten items in the order. The counter guy was also the drive through guy, so he was understandably busy. I appreciated he was actually friendly. Maybe I'm just getting old, but geez, the prices are way too expensive for what you get. 2 meals and an order of 6 mozzarella sticks was $26. Yikes. Like everywhere else these days, they focus on the drive through and mobile orders instead of people at the counter. This review includes this location and three others recently. BK has been seriously hurt by the COVID period it seems. I have had terrible experiences all summer locally and out of state. Very long Drive Thru wait times, missing items, and incorrect burger toppings. BK.com made one event right by giving us a gift certificate but then on a subsequent issue report at a different location where I they missed items, they said they are only allowed to give one gift certificate per customer lifetime! I have never heard of anything so ludicrous. Go to Chick-fil-A they have this new norm nailed! read more

This review is strictly regarding the service that we received at this location yesterday. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service that was given. My son ordered his food at the drive up with no problem. We pulled up to the first window and the music that was playing from the inside was blasting out of the window. There was a sign on the window that I couldn't see completely because I was in the passenger seat. When I was asking the young man at the window what it said instead of actually speaking he just kept pointing at the paper on the window. Maybe I'm just becoming a crabby old woman but I do expect the workers to actually speak to me when I'm asking a question. Maybe he couldn't hear me due to how loud the music was they had playing inside. This is also not the first time I've had a similar instance at this location. Although this is close to my house this would be one of the last places I would choose to come to. read more

Impossible whopper did a bamboozle on myself (and my cat who also showed great interest). Great service exceeding expectations for south city drive thru. They did me a bamboozle because I love meat burgers...and if I had not known was plant based, I'd have called impossible. The impossible burger is somehow possible. My cat also thinks meat. (I'm a cat lover and only feed kitty vet recommended nom noms, but my cat sniffed with much interest and enthusiasm) Outstanding customer service. Fast! OK, the Impossible Whopper is amazing! I've always loved that BK had a veggie burger (Morning Star Farms I think) and it was not terrible but didn't have much flavor. The Impossible Whooper is truly delicious and pretty under cover as plant based. The other and very noteworthy reason for this review is the customer service that is absolutely top notch. As a fellow review already noted there is plenty of fast food that comes with a side of attitude or just plain hostility in the area, so the A+ customer service was a wonderful surprise. We stopped here from a road trip and we were hungry for a burger. We ordered the whopper n fries and it didn't disappoint. We placed our order and within 3-4 mins we had are food. Everything was good n hot we were very happy with our visit to Burger King. Parking lot is nicely lit up at night with cameras on each side of the building. read more

This is arguably the worst Burger King in St. Louis. The workers there are the most arrogant people and always forget things. When they screw up they get attitudes and blame you when they screw up. If you do any rideshare(Uber Eats/DoorDash) avoid this place at all costs. What a joke read more

Our family was so excited that Burger King brought back our favorite tacos. We went to our local Burger King and was told that they did not bring the tacos back to this location. So we sat on the parking lot and started calling around until we found one that did. We called them since it was pretty far from our house to make sure they had them. They said they did. We drove the 25 minutes to this Burger King 63111 Loughborough Commons and when we got to the drive-through, we wanted to order 20 tacos because there was a few of us in the car and that's the only thing we went for. We were informed that we could only order 10 tacos. It would've been nice if they told us when we called that there was a limit of 10 Tacos. I ask the worker if one of the people in our car could come in and order the other 10 so we could all eat. She told us no it's per carload. I would've never dreamed that we would've had to take two cars to the city to get our tacos. She then ask us to go park out front and they would bring our tacos out to us and I'm not sure why there were no other cars in the drive-through. We drove around and waited about 10 minutes and got out and went in to the restaurant.We could hear the Lady that took our order talking about us, to her coworker, who was making the tacos. She said to the coworker I don't care if they want 40 tacos they're being greedy. So at that point, we were uncomfortable to even eat the tacos and ask for a refund. She said no refunds could be given and proceeded to call us, greedy again. When we made a comment back to her about the world being trash as we were leaving with our tacos that we couldn't eat she proceeded to follow us out of the store on the parking lot and call us greedy bitches and argue with us. The only reason she quit arguing with us and went back in is because I told her I was filming her. I am waiting on a call back from the district manager but like she told us to call them and they won't do shit. And the only reason I gave them one star is because I had to to write my review. I don't recommend this restaurant. And just for your information if you want ranch I guess you don't get one for ordering tacos she charged us $.25 for each ranch that we ordered. Shitty service and staff. We ended up going back closer to home and ordering 20 tacos from a place that never gives us any trouble for as many as we want. read more

It was a terrible experience at this location .... We gave our order several times and it was repeated back to us several times and finally when we got to the pick up window all they had for us with a Mini milk shake. We sat there for several minutes while the cloak tried to figure out what happened and where I order went to. She finally told us to go to the next window and if they could order it for us and get it together for us. We ordered 3 items and the Mini milk shake and we paid for all the items but when we got home we were -1 of the items which was the French fries. There were no condiments with the jalapeno bites or the chicken strips except several packages of sticky ketchup S some other condiment had obviously leaked all over it. I wouldn't recommend going to this place. To have one thing wrong is understandable but to have several mean something isn't right for there isn't adequate management. I won't go back to get my French fries because I don't want to have packages of sticky Condiments thrown over them. read more
