Shhhh.... Jack in the Box is one of my favorite fast food places and I do not eat that much fast food. However, there is something sad about me going to JITB. I always order the same thing. I tried it, I liked it and I just keep ordering it when I go. Every time I go I order, The Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo. I order the regular size, regular fries and a Zero Coke. It's two patties grilled and seasoned with Swiss and American Cheeses. The only condiments are; mustard, ketchup and mayo. There's no onions or pickles. The patties with cheese are served on a, toasted buttery bakery bun. No matter which Jack I order it from, it always hits the spot. I just recently moved to a condo near this Jack, so one late night I gave them a try. I was really impressed with the customer service. The associate working the drive-thru was pleasant and polite. I was pleased to hear the words, please and thank-you. In this current day, we don't hear them enough. My food was hot and fresh. I got an extra treat, a few Seasoned Curly Fries were mixed in with my regular fries. Next time a visit a Jack, I may change things up and order me some Curly Fries. If you're a Ronald's or Wendy's or even the King's fan, I suggest you give Jack a try. read more

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered through the app and chose "dine in". 25 minutes later went to the counter to find out where our food was. It had been sitting there. So by the time we got our food it was cold and just almost inedible. Logic would dictate that if food is sitting there and customers are in your lobby (we are the only ones here) it likely belongs to them. But apparently there is NO logic here. So when I went up and the woman says "oh, it's been here" and I asked why they didn't say anything there were no apologies just attitude and excuses and then mumbling something that I'm sure was unintelligent. Hire better people who have logic and intelligence, that is the recommendation for this JITB management team. If this person is in management then there's no hope here. read more

When our dinner plans fell through, we had to make some hard choices to be sure that we had enough fuel in our stomachs for the evening's events. We chose Jack in the Box as our alternative. The person who took our order was very pleasant, but she is the only thing about the visit that I can positively comment on. Our food was OK to poor, the iced tea undrinkable, and we had to wipe down a table to find a place to sit (we were the only dine-in customers there during our entire stay). That said, we knew early on that we would need to adjust our expectations to a lower level, but we did set them low enough. Based on this visit I can't recommend dining there unless you are pressed for options. They certainly have room to improve and may well turn things around. read more

They refused to operate within operation time staff does not care to inform guest as well as waste time. The sign on the machine said that the speaker box wasn't working, so I waited in line for 30 minutes to pull up to the window to order. Then he proceeded to tell me I can't even take your order. Our "system is down" yeah multiple people we're getting orders in front of me. He said I had to place it through a third-party provider. Sign needs to be updated. Absolutely. Trucking. Horrible. I went here after a swell night of bowling. How wrong was I. They told me there was 50 doordash orders ahead of me. 2 people in line. These people suck. Where to start? Pull up. Place my order. No confirmation telling me to pull forward or my total. Ok, this is a great sign. I get to the window. Asked about my order again. I was told to back up away from the window after I pulled up.. probably some way to trick their timers and avoid accountability.. interesting. The wait wasn't even bad so not sure why they're trying to game the system. We start to eat the food and yikes.. probably the worst fast food breakfast I've ever had. The biscuit was white and flavorless. Not golden or have any texture. It was all room temperature at best. The hash browns were just soaked in oil and had no crispness. Even through they had about 30 minutes to complete our order, multiple items were still missing. We then had to RETURN to the line that was backed up (from the 30 minute wait) to request they make something that should've been complete 30 minutes ago. No tomatoes, very little lettuce, sourdough bread is not toasted and the fajita pita is the pits, just chicken and limp lettuce and a broken pita. The locations have never heard of a tomato. this location of Jack in the Box has been one of the busiest ones in the city, and has been that way for at least 20 years. I have had great service at this store for an incredibly long time and continue to patronize it. My favorite sandwich is the sourdough breakfast sandwich which is ham, egg, American and Swiss cheese, and let me tell you, the taste when these items are placed together is delicious! With all the good things to say about this location I do have to mention that late night seems to be when issues arise, I think it's due in part to management not being as strong as it is during the day shifts. Was rushed to give our order. Never asked if our order was complete but just kept giving us the total after each item. Seems annoyed when we wanted to add more. When pulling up the the window she stuck her hand out the window to stop us from moving forward. Waited several minutes and then when we were waved to move forward SHE WASNT WEARING A MASK. We needed breakfast before going to the Missouri Botanical Garden. This place was in the surrounding area. I had the Denver Breakfast Bowl which came with scrambled egg, hash brown, ham, and cheese. The meal was really heavy due to the cheese, but I liked the hash brown at the bottom of the bowl. I just checked the nutritional value and I consumed 720 calories for breakfast! @_@ Oh goodness.
