I feel as though 2 stars is kind of high for this place, but there are 2 things I like about this…read moreplace: the proximity to I-30 and the .79 sodas. Annnndddd, that's a wrap. I have been here many times, as it is the only gas station between the lady who cuts my hair and jumping on 30. The follwing experiential vignettes will illustrate what this place is like. About 8 months ago I stopped in and made a straight shot to the bathroom (.79 cent colas will do that). When I opened the door and stepped in, I sidled up to the urinal only to have the cleaning lady walk out and clean the urinal next to me. She didn't say a word, or depart. I really don't care altogether, but she could snap a picture of me at that point, caption it Harvey Wienstein Jr. and I really have no defense there. Last time I went in the teller was having a pretty loud verbal altercation with a staff member, and the other staff was just chilling on it. It went on for about 4 minutes, with a line of customers, and no one was getting checked out. Another day I wanted an iced tea, and I stepped over to the Dickie's which is inside. They were out of everything, except tea basically. I was in luck, EXCEPT that the one 17 year old that was manning the whole operation was overwhelmed and after waiting in the short line (literally!) 10 minutes, I said "peace in DFW East!" and dipped. Today, the bathroom was a mess and the previous meat gazing janitorial staff was nowhere to be seen. The pics that accompany this post actually look better than real life. Proximity and soda - 5 stars though!

First the medication was not in stock. ..Then it was in stock, but then insurance would not pay for it (supposedly) ...Then was told to get a new prescription for the generic from the doctor .... Then was told the generic was out of stock .....THEN was told the original medication WILL be covered w/ insurance. It will be ready Monday for pickup. .......THEN go to pick up and it is EXPIRED. Surely, distributing customers expired medication is not part of the Walgreens customer satisfaction criteria. We are appalled at the lack of customer prioritization, care, and safety with this location.

You know me--I only leave honest reviews…read more I came to pick up photos I had ordered online and asked a team member for help. I wasn't expecting anything over the top, but I didn't even receive a simple hello or smile. Diana's first response was, "What size?" Since I had ordered multiple sizes, I wasn't sure how to answer. I explained that I had ordered several sizes and offered my confirmation number and last name, but she continued repeating the same question in an unkind tone instead of helping me. It honestly caught me by surprise. Diana was extremely rude throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, while checking me out, she walked away before the transaction was even finished. Customer service like this is disappointing, and because of this experience, I'll be going out of my way to avoid this CVS in the future.
