Fried chicken makes me really happy!…read more Since I have found statin drugs that work tremendously well for me, I can get all of the happy chicken that I want!! Yay! Modern medicine! New year, new deductible! Let's do this! I'm not sure when this place came about, but my coworkers in Jackson, MS swear that this was the original chicken tender, crinkle fry, soggy toast concept before any of the others. It seems unlikely. They are often full of poo. I place my order in the app, then roll up to the speaker, let them know I am there, and it's in my hand with no further ado. It's always been a smooth process and my food is generally handed to me within 30 seconds of stopping at the window. In most cases, you can expect old food in a process such as this. This is where this place excels among the other fried chicken pushers. It's always hot and fresh. That is what makes it so great to me. If I want fried chicken (which is kinda all of the time), then I really would prefer it to be hot and fresh. Call me old fashioned if you want, and don't get me wrong, I'll eat old cold chicken faster than you can say KFC. Nailed it, home run, you go, Guthrie, you old chicken peddling snake.... It's a fast food place. Don't take your date here unless he/she is really ugly and/or eats a lot. That would maybe be a good reason to bring your significant other here I suppose. I just eat in the car.... away from all you strange people. '25 1/111

The food at Guthrie's Olive Branch (8277 McGregor Crossing) is always clean and tastes great, which…read moreis why I've been a frequent customer. However, the customer service needs serious improvement. Recently, I went through the drive-thru and got home to find no ketchup or utensils in my bag. When I called to speak with the manager, I explained that this was the second time I've had issues. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was combative, told me the GM instructed them not to give ketchup unless asked, and then hung up on me when I asked for their name. Good food doesn't make up for poor service. Hanging up on a customer and dismissing feedback is unacceptable. Guthrie's needs to train staff better because this experience makes me think twice about returning.

What I got was a burger with three measly dill slices and one whole packet of French's Mustard. The beef pattie of the Burger was GREAT, but the lack of pickle and mustard made the burger disappointing. And the food was SOOOO GOOD! Everything was delicious, and we were definitely impressed. Sometimes those small, tucked-away places turn out to be the best finds! We will definitely be eating at Sidestreet Burgers again!

Upsized my meal to a large and didn't realize till I got home my fries were barely half full. What makes it so unacceptable is that isn't something like making a mistake on a condiment or getting a wrapped up sandwich mixed up with another. That's a intentionally done thing. You don't not see the fry carton is half empty when you fill it, you also don't not realize that when you put it in the sack. That's right in front of your face but continued to do anyway cuz you just don't care about quality service.

The receipt did not reflect the items in the bag. No sauce and both dogs without slaw and mustard although it was clearly on the ticket . Got home and was very aggravated. Everything is so expensive now days and the servers at these establishments need to SLOW DOWN and make sure the order is right ! The store wasn't even busy . If CFA can master this , and they are very busy, other places can as well. I think it boils down to that the servers don't really care if it's right or not and I'm tired of spending money at places that don't take the time to make sure orders are correct !

There were three of us and 2 got Coke Zero and one got fully leaded Coke. Then the girl who got the drinks did a damn three card Monty with them and of course didn't click the little buttons on the lid so you can tell which is regular and which is diet and which is Sprite (). My burger patties were right on the edge of done. The crispy onion strings and A1 sauce were there, I think, but as sparse as the leaves on a tree in December.

The menu is the perfect size -- not overwhelming -- and everything is priced fairly for the quality you're getting. You can truly tell the food is made fresh. I started with two sides: the crawfish étouffée balls and the Zydeco shrimp. The étouffée balls were made in-house and packed with amazing flavor. The flash-fried shrimp had the perfect amount of crispiness and paired perfectly with that delicious Zydeco sauce they were coated in. After almost getting full from the appetizers alone, I still had to try the catfish Po'Boy -- and wow, that French bread was some of the freshest I've had! The catfish was seasoned perfectly, and the whole sandwich paired great with their homestyle fries. I highly recommend stopping by 2 Crazy Fellas.
