As a die hard Taco Bell lover I'm honestly so disappointed in my local restaurant. They always take an hour to make my food, my husband literally waited an hour and half for our order. I've seen comments about the staff being rude, but I've never experienced that. The staff is always cool when I visit with a few workers knowing who I am when I walk in. My food is always made correctly and is usually ready when I get there if I order pick up on the map. I have experienced long wait times when going through the drive-thru and unfortunately you can't get out of line if it's taking too long. I dont normally review Taco Bell. If you have been to one. You have been to all. I did want to mention. This was one of my best orders so far with them. It does amaze me at the difference between the quality of food from pick up and eat in. When I pick up through the drive thru window. The food is always subpar and lacking ingredients! This trip proves that. The Mexican Pizzas I got ee absolutely loaded and very good. So where my Soft Taco Supreme. I mean just look at the pictures. The inside experience as usual was disappointing. They push you 100% now to use those kiosk stations. When you try to ask a question. They start overtaking you. To say use the kiosk. Which was my experience with this trip. I was trying to ask if they could make the Enchirito's (One Of My Favorites) She just talked over me. The food is high and I have to ring myself up.... lol..... The tables were dirty. Im an uber driver/ customer it was around lunch time it was very busy on a weekend there was prob 4 cars in the line and 3 guest in the lobby I assumed it would be slow I came inside, and a customers order, didn't get placed properly on the self serve kiosk. I really like Taco Bell! There I said it... Don't judge me! There is just something about it that I justify eating what I truly know is very bad for you food! They are currently testing the "Fritos Taco" in the Memphis market. The only place in the world they are testing it... Pretty cool! If we like it, they roll it out... I had to get a couple to see what it was about. I was actually more interested in it than I ever was the Doritos Taco. Unfortunately, we did not like the new Fritos Taco... The shell tasted stale and did not hold up well on the ride home. The meat soaked all the way through the shell and it seemed to be different than the normal meat that is in a taco. Almost like "Chili" type tasting. It does come as a "supreme" for only $1.50 though. Not bad pricing... I just wish it was a little better. I will give another shot before it is gone. read more

Worst Taco Bell anywhere close to Memphis. If you want Taco Bell, hit the Shelby drive location. Every time I go to the olive branch location they dont give me the entire order and the food I do get is incorrect. I just got a crunch wrap tonight that literally had no meat in it. I got tacos for my group that were supposed to not have lettuce and every one of them did. They didn't give me the cheesy fiesta potatoes I ordered. They didn't even give me a receipt. The wait was extremely long and they're just throwing stuff together to get people outta there. This is not my first bad experience at this location either. I will not be going back and for anyone considering it....proceed with caution. read more

The drive through road has 5 big holes in it, and the girl was nice and it didn't really take us that long to get it, I know it's fast food but she gave us the biggest lump of mashed beans on our nachos, but there was just a little sour cream on it. We did not want to go through the drive through due to the amount of items that were being ordered, so we wanted to dine inside so everyone could order separately. One star for the fact that the food vaguely resembled Taco Bell. Worst customer service we've ever received. Cashier was passive aggressive and kept staring off into space and ignoring customers. For months, they've been constantly understaffed, had network issues that prevented them from being able to process credit cards and the worst, they couldn't take CASH last night because the manager forgot to get money for the registers!
