This was the absolute best strawberry milkshake I've ever had in my entire life. Look...it tastes as if a 100% fruit strawberry smoothie had a baby with a vanilla milkshake. Blended to perfection no need for whipped cream or anything else, I don't know if the guy who made it for me did something extra, maybe a secret recipe that only employees know....but wow! I know it's just a milkshake but it's literally that good! Also great service by the cashier lady very nice showed me how to put the half dozen donut boxes together. The other associates were all busy doing their jobs and the business just is firing on all cylinders in the morning. There has to be good management here, the store is so clean-for there to be so much merchandise and so much traffic, I was very happy with my visit! Come here, get a milkshake, get a box of donuts and some coffee if you'd like they have some sort of dispenser for different flavors! Best morning stop for all things creamy, doughy, and cafe, surprisingly! The lunch and dinner menu is also very good although I didn't order any of it. I like going to this store. The employees are always nice but QT is really showing their colors. I'm okay with paying the higher prices that go along with convenience but I have to draw the line when they compromise quality. I bit into an apple fritter only to find that the middle was frozen. All the hype they're advertising with fresh food and now they're selling frozen donuts at a premium price. QT must be harris/walz supporters. They're all about Fake! read more

Clean restrooms, which is basically the only thing i care about. Kinda weird to get out of, as you need to go left and around to get back to I-55. But close enough to the highway. Fairly busy and lots of snack options. A good place to stop outside of st. Louis heading south if you can't wait til the rest area at mile marker 110. read more

Was a regular QuikTrip, which I like to go into normally because they are clean and sanitized. This one was pretty messy in the bathroom, pieces of toilet paper and paper towels everywhere - seemed like it hadn't had some attention be the staff members in awhile. As far as this QT, I'd give them 4 stars. As far as this chicken taco, I wouldn't give it 1 star. This taco was awful. All I can taste is chili powder or whatever the seasoning is that's on it. It's as if they dumped half of the container. Scrapped as much off as I could, but still tastes bad. I got 2 and they were both like this. I wasted my money. They need to do a better job training people in the kitchen. read more

The gas is very competitively priced. There are a ton of pumps and a convenience store stocked with a staggering array of crap. The adjoining Wendy's served the best cheeseburger I've ever had in Missouri. True story. read more

Stopped in for the cheapest gas in town. Paid at the pump and then pulled up into a space to go inside. Until this point it was a 5 star experience. The inside was overflowing with people waiting for ONE checker. Wow, poor kid. I went to the bathroom (ladies) and it said it was being cleaned. Well, I opted to walk in which I would not usually do but I needed to use it and now, not later. When I walked in there was a lady also waiting who said it is our of service. Then explained that 2 stalls were gross, one was occupied and she was not moving anywhere quickly and the other one is the one she was waiting for. So I waited and she was quick. I went in and it was fine. However, you know the little sanitary box on the wall? Someone decided to throw the bag from that box on the fun and let's just say it was overflowing with used items that no-one should ever have to see or even come close to. How gross do you have to be to throw that on the floor. Epic fail QT. Had your inspector of walked in at this moment, I think you would have been shut down for having violated so many health codes. read more

Not sure if I reviewed this before, if I did I'm sure it was poor then. The restrooms are on opposite ends of the building. If a man walks in the back door, he has to walk all the way across the store to the restroom. Then vise versa for the ladies. This also applies to the drinks. The soda fountain is on one side and the brewed tea is on the other. I wanted tea but didn't know it was at the other end. The line to check out was so long I got confused and thought I was at Walmart. One good thing is you can order pizza and it's made fresh. I ordered a 3 meat pizza. Opened the box and found all the sausage in a pile in the middle of the pizza. The sauce only covered the center 2/3 of the pizza so I had a huge chunk of crust. Then I tried to take a piece, only to find it wasn't cut properly. They cut it, but didn't make sure it went through. I was wearing my company hat and a hoodie with my companies name...a large well known trucking company, they have truck parking duh. You'd think they'd have made sure it was cut through as I probably wouldn't have anything in my truck to cut it. I did, but it's the point of the thing. Don't stop here often but if you do watch for this stuff. read more
