I have come here over the past 2 days and made a line for my prescription both times. The kicker is…read morethat in my 40ish years of life I have never waited in line as long as I did both times at this Walgreens. I then decided I didn't want to wait in line so I would just call to check on my prescription. I was on the phone waiting for over an hour (see picture) and I never reached anyone because I got hung up on as I was waiting for OVER AN HOUR. Makes me sad to think how stressful this would be for someone who actually needed medication for something vital to their health. Horrible service!

She then proceeded to try and both shamed and embarrass me in front of my two daughters and other waiting customers and really tried to drive that message home when she said: "now it would be another week before I could refill". I went down the road to CATOOSA FAMILY PHARMACY and had my refill ready within the hour. The staff are all super nice, friendly and go out of their way to help you. We tried to get an appointment for some vaccines. The person on the line spoke very broken English, and the 2 of us could not understand her. She not only got our names wrong, but also the shots we wanted wrong. When we showed up for our injections, the counter person read what the phone receptionist wrote. It then took about an hour to untangle that mess, and get our names and meds straight. Seems like it took 3 people to do that, and when we got some scripts to go, my wife's name was still wrong on the label. So, they are nice folks, but it's not wise to put people new to English in charge of phone calls, or areas where information needs to be pivotal.

On my last 2 visits to Oklahoma, I discovered stop here for Tylenol and snacks. This last time though I did pick up laundry detergent and a few cute souvenirs and stuff for my grandkids. I notice how great people are in Oklahoma and are very friendly and nice. They were very helpful and directed me to where everything was.
