When I wrote this review I mistakenly thought the pricing was $700 for a regular service. In…read morereality this quote not correct on two levels first it was actually $620 not $700 . And secondly it was for, as the reply from the vendor states correctly, a deep clean not a recurring cleaning every month so the comment I made about purposely inflating the cost and not wanting the work was a mistake on my part. As it turned out their quote was only $140 higher than the company we went with. Their monthly quote was about $150 higher than the company we went with. These differences most likely have to do with their fixed costs of doing the job to their standards. I apologize to Cotton Brothers for my mistake. I am revising the review rating to four stars but as you can see it still shows 5 stars. And here's why: They still lose a star for their higher prices in a competitive business. That said I am also adding back that fifth star because they took the time and followed up, had kept their quote and if we weren't on a strict budget would most likely have accepted this offer just because they sincerely want to grow their business, have the confidence to push back and have the facts to back it up. This points to a company you can trust. Hard to come by in this wild north Texas market. JCG

Today I called him to have him come look at our dryer, which was no longer drying. He had me check the outside vent, which ended up being the problem and resolving my issue, so I cannot say enough good things about Al. He is clearly helpful, customer focused, and honest. I will definitely contact Al in the future for any appliance repair needs that I may have.

When I was making calls to see who could come and clean our sofa, which was vomited on, they were the first to be able to quickly come out and with a reasonable price too! Then, they called about an hour before they were scheduled to come to see if they could arrive early. Even better? Best yet is that they saved our sofa in 30 minutes flat. I had tried to clean it myself with online tricks like baking soda and spray cleaners. I just made it worse. But Pro Fresh N All saved they day and our sofa. Let me respond to a couple of the criticisms I have seen here on Yelp. "The guys who come to do the service are young." It's true. They are. But I don't really care if you are a teenager as long as you can do the job. Who cares? They were late and didn't show up on time. I have had them our to our home three times now and they have either been right on time or a bit early with notice. They were confused about the services I needed. Again, I didn't have this problem, but I also wouldn't mind refreshing someone on exactly what needed to be done. They were "creepy." Not to us. They were kind, courteous, respectful, and conversant. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them and am already talking to friends and family to recommend their services!

Turns out they know nothing about the permit process or how to properly install the pole. The outlets were not attached the line wasn't installed high enough and more fails. On April 2nd we got a Red Tag that cost us $75 that they refuse to re-imburse for. The fail was their fault. We paid for this pole in 2 payments in February that to this day they dispute the 2nd payment. After several onsite visits they finally figured out how to install the pole correctly and we got a Green Tag on May 14th... 3 months later. Now they say that we owe them $1137.50 and when I spoke with the female at the office she called me a liar. If I don't get a paid in full invoice today, I will be contacting my attorney. NO-SHOWED APPOINTMENT…read more I wish I could give them LESS than one star. My first clue should have been when their number was answered with "hello"! I waited a week for an appointment as they were "understaffed" that week. I was told I would be taken care of "first thing Monday morning" - actual appointment was for 9:30am. At 10:30am, no one has shown up and I have received no calls. I called the office and was told my technician called in sick over the weekend, BUT they got a sub. "If he has not shown up or called you by now - maybe he can't make it. I guess I will have to call him". After about 10 minutes Mr Olsen called back and INFORMED me that the tech was "not going to be able to make it today" and we would have to reschedule. I don't think so. I called Fisk Electric 972-466-0900 at 11am SAME DAY. They were here at the appointment time of 1pm SAME DAY. My issue was handled by 2pm SAME DAY. On time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OLSEN.
