Their technician at QuickPro let robbers into my home. These people claimed to live there and the locksmith let them in. They took around $10,000 in valuables at least.. I'm still finding random things that are missing. Not only did I get a lot of things taken from my home, I had to move because I was scared it would happen again. They obviously didn't check any identification and let these people fill out false information. The locksmith did not check to verify that the names matched with the person's I.D. This is the worst experience I have EVER been through and I will be taking legal action if the company does not corporate with me.. which they aren't so far. I had to have my front door lock, a simple deadbolt, changed on Saturday morning. I called several places, but this one answered and promised to be out within an hour- and he was!! I had a new deadbolt put on, a chainlock added and a couple of keys made. It took about 45 minutes and the prices were on par with what I was expecting. I highly recommend this locksmith, and as unprofessional as it may sound, the locksmith they sent was superhot. First I don't appreciate bad attitude especially when I never came off as rude or disrespectful. My experience was definitely not good overall with this company. Not only is it not military friendly they also do not offer upfront pricing. They start you off with $125 starting fee that's how you know they care about money at this point. Then this guy says another locksmith did not know they didn't know what they were talking but it turn's out they had to do just what that locksmith who "did not know" what they were talking about told me . Not to mention they didn't explain why I had to get the service they have the nerve to ask if I wanted the service even though it was going to be charged. And at this point I am stuck cause hes been working on my car and since he worked I would have to be charged the $125. Had he known what he was talking about and given me a reasonable, honest price I would not have been so dissatisfied with this company. Not to mention he was 20 mins late. I will be filing a complaint with the GA SOS. After stating their price as $55 and maybe additional depending on what type of tools were needed to unlock my car over the phone, when the technician arrived I was told it was $85. When I said "that wasn't the price I was given, why is it $85?" He said the $30 was standard and added to every call. That's just the way it's done. I called the office and they balked. The technician had proceeded to unlock my car anyways before I agreed to the price. I paid the bill but stated my displeasure and the fact I would be filing a complaint. This is deceptive, dishonest, and illegal. Be warned. If you call for a price and they say it'll be for one price, add $30 automatically. read more

This locksmith came down here quoted me $120 I was short by two dollars because I only had $118 and then he told me to immediately leave them a review in front of him while he's there so he could forgive the two dollars in addition he charge me an additional $20 for second key that I never asked for the lock that he picked re-keyed it was not locking and I told him I would not pay him until the lock worked and he said it was a lot but he ended up fixing the lock so make sure he does the job correctly. I called about losing my car keys with no spare and was told they could make me a spare. I received a phone call back maybe 10 mins later. I got a ride back to my car and the guy was already waiting for me. I was skeptical at first, because his car had no markings of the company and he was dressed in regular clothes. I had gave him the vin number in advance and really didn't know what the process required. After waiting close to an hour, I asked what the deal was and he told me he was waiting for a code. 10 minutes later or so, he had a working key for me. I just want to take this time to thank John over at QuikPro Locksmiths. Let me just start with what led me to needing this type of service. My one year old daughter frequently gets hold of my key ring that contains pretty much every Key I need (House, car, mom's house, etc.). The day before yesterday(03/19/2018) she happened to get hold of them and I took them away from her. I thought i put them in a safe place but she manages to find everything I try to hide from her. Anyhow I noticed her playing by the garbage and heard some jingling but didn't pay much mind to it. It wasn't until yesterday(03/20/2018) I realized I could not find my keys. I searched the entire house for my keys. When I asked my daughter where my key were, she walked right over to the trash can(She is very smart for a 1 year old, and has impeccable memory. lol). Anyhow, it was too late, I had already taken the trash out and the garbage truck had already come by to pick it up. Obviously I was panicking and very very distraught. I called all over and the prices to have a new Key made and programmed for a 2016 Dodge Charger where absolutely outrageous. I mean woahhh. Who would have thought. The dealer would have been a good option but I would have had to have it towed to them to have a key made. So at about 8:00pm est I decided to do some more research and came across QuickPro Locksmith. The reviews were pretty darn good so I said, let me call these people and see what they are able to do. When I called, a very nice man named John answered and gave me an AWESOME quote and was even willing to come out that very night to perform the services. I was not ready to do it that night because I needed to get to the ATM to get some cash out(They do take cards, just like dealing with cash when I can). Anyway I called the number listed online the following day(03/21/2018) to see if someone was able to come out. The dispatcher answered and took my information. She then advised me that one of her technicians would be contacting me in just a bit. Literally, not even a minute later, I received a call from John, the same guy I had spoken to a day prior. He advised he would be able to me in an hour. Now this was dead in the middle of rush hour and I told him that he could wait until traffic died down. He insisted that he would come now so that he can spend the evening with his wife and children(So awesome :) ). Well John was literally at my door in an hour, not a second late. He was so professional and very personable. Wen above and beyond to resolve this issue. Literally one of the best customer experiences I have EVER had. I have had other experiences with locksmiths in the past and although those experienced were not bad, they definitely were not anything to brag about. I really can not express enough how grateful I am for QuickPro Locksmiths and John for providing such great services and the, BEST I men seriously, the BEST and most competitive prices in ATLANTA.
