I asked the cashier if it was a good choice and she recommended it. I was a little unsure how the two would blend and how much orange they would use in it, but it came out amazing! Honestly probably one of the top 10 unique mocha's I have tried and it was delicious! I loved the burst of refreshing orange that complimented the chocolate. The flavors danced on my tastebuds like two separate flavors that blended together as one. Each holding their own note that added value to the drink making it unique. I was instantly impressed and wish I found this on more menus! A classic mocha with a refreshing twist of orange was a pleasant surprise! I'm so glad I stopped in for a pick me up! I also loved all the art on the large walls and there looked to be plenty of tables and seating for people to eat and work at.

I also explained that when someone finally did answer, I was left sitting on hold for over 20 minutes. I told him I wanted to escalate the situation and make a complaint because the service was completely unacceptable. He simply said, "Oh, sorry," and then hung up on me as well. At this point, what is the purpose of having a phone line if employees are just going to pick up and hang up on customers or leave them sitting on hold without ever coming back? I was trying to place an order for eight people, and instead I'll be taking our business across the street to The Breakfast Club. Denny's is losing loyal customers because of experiences like this. I really hope management reviews who was working during this time and addresses the situation with the staff.

Although I enjoyed my meal, these were items of disappointment: 1. I know they were constantly brewing coffee, but it tasted burnt, as if had been sitting for a long time. I was not able to "doctor" it up. I think it's a very poor quality of coffee :-(... For the price of that tiny cup of coffee, they need to do better! 2. My omelet was waaaaay smaller than ever before! It was like a two egg omelet and noticeably flat, unlike the usual omelet "hump". The Chile verde sauce was more sauce than chunks of pork. Still one of the best waffles anywhere! Rosy's waffles are somewhere in my top 3 restaurant waffles!! Soft and spongy, evenly cooked- no need for a lot of butter and/or syrup. Note: One of the few Mexican restaurants that doesn't automatically offer/promote salsas with the meal. At home, I love a bit of salsa with my scrambled eggs with cheese. I first tried this years ago, in a Mexican restaurant and loved it. I will return at some point, maybe I'll try another item... but always a waffle!

Horchata drink- too much cinnamon and saw multiple lidded to go cups of this already made in the fridge behind the register, no expiration dates on them. ALSO PLEASE UPDATE THE PRICES ON YOUR MENU, I was charged $11.95 for the chips and dip but the menu says "house chips and guac $9.50" ... how is salsa $2.45? Only positive thing I would mention is that the free tiny salsa, slice of lime, sliced radish, and pickled jalapeño and carrot was nice of them. Wish the pickled veggies didn't drip vinegar all over the bag (it was wrapped in tin foil). Never been here before and never coming back again.
