What can I say about Quickly Fix besides AMAZING? I came in with a Tommy Hilfiger watch that needed a battery replacement and two white gold chains that needed to be repaired after years of usage. The Tommy Hilfiger battery change took less than five minutes and I was even given a warranty after flawless service. My watch was just as shiny and scratch free as the moment I handed it to the repair assistant. I was informed by the worker that Quickly Fix uses Renata batteries that are leak proof. A neighborhood staple who's in danger of losing his space in Kings Plaza to a chain jewelry store. Will change your battery while you wait, will record the date of the battery change and will replace it free if it fails within the year of repair. Please patronize this essential business before corporate greed drives him out! He recently fixed my watch on site whereas the store around the corner wanted to send it out (for a LOT more than he charged) and a wait time of up to two weeks. Was out with the boys and accidentally snapped one of the arms of my glasses. Didn't really wanna cancel the rest of our plans, but also needed my glasses. Luckily, I was told about this nice place in the mall and when I got there, they told me they'd have it done really quick for $25. Cost way more the last time I had to get my glasses fixed, and they really did finish it in just a few minutes. Really nice people and really high quality service. Great repair shop!! The people that work here are friendly and courteous. And their prices are reasonable. This store is a true gem. Several years ago I discovered this shop located in the corner of the Kings Plaza mall. I had a watch that other shops could not service. I stopped in, asked them if they could fix it. I miss not having a place to go when I need to fix a chain, a watch battery, eye glasses. Little things the can be done while I walk around a nice mall. I always end up shopping at another store while I waited for my repair even when the only reason for going to the mall was to get something repaired . So sad I have to go somewhere else like the Queens Center Mall when you are only 15 minutes away. I'm giving/ spending my money somewhere else not close to home. read more

Best place to go to for things like this!! My family brings all watches/etc here for battery replacements and jewelry repairs. Also they make keys here!! Come here what seems like weekly for keys cause I always lose mine.. Their battery replacements come with a year warranty, but I've never needed to use it. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Don't go to the daughter, she's a crook and a thief, charged me $50 dollars to adjust two watch bracelets, first says $30 then after says $50.....Found a fantastic watchmaker in Brooklyn's Chinatown 8th ave and 56th st. curbside push cart...charges $4 dollars to adjust bracelets...He's better than her and her father.....The father is a semi crook....Stay away! read more
