    Brown Sugar Boba Tea
    Tamara F.

Unfortunately, I have to report that my first visit here wasn't great. The woman at the register was very bored acting and not friendly. This was my first time three so I had like 3 menu questions and she seemed put out to answer them. That first impression didn't sit well with me. I ordered a Brown Sugar Boba drink. The drink was over the top sweet, it needed to be cut with more tea. And the Bobo pearls were VERY mushy. So I was not impressed at all. For this to be a Boba Cafe, I expect them to perfect the Boba drinks. I ordered a popcorn chicken (I forgot to take a photo). I was not impressed with that either. The chicken tasted a little old, and there was no special seasoning or anything. And when I asked if they had sauces, I was told I could use what was on the counter. I eat ketchup, Sriracha, Etc. I've never come across popcorn chicken did not come with a dipping sauce. Disappointing. To try this location was a 20 minute drive for me, so I will not be doing it again anytime soon. If I'm in the area, I might give their Troy location to try and see if it's any better.

Came back and got the popcorn chicken. It wasn't spicy like the 1st time I had it. Love the waffle fries! Tried the strawberry tea, which was good. It's not overly sweet. I'd still like to try other things on the menu. I'm new to this whole boba tea craze. Customer service was great as usual.

I have a soft spot for Quickly since I grew up getting their milk teas and popcorn chicken. I was so excited to see that they have a franchise here in Michigan. We've been here a couple a times and honestly, it's pretty good. Their milk teas are pretty cheap especially since their cups are bigger than other places. Their large size is a huge jug--I always have trouble finishing it. Our favorite drink has been their jasmine green milk tea. It has a good tea flavor and is not overly sweet. They also serve snacks that pair well with boba. We've tried their mochi waffle, popcorn chicken, and curly fries. Curly fries were well seasoned. The popcorn chicken needed five spice or something to give it just a bit more flavor. Nonetheless, I still like their popcorn chicken.

So many drink and topping options! I love that they also serve food here. The location is very cute. It has a nice ambience, and there are boardgames to pass the time with. But, absolutely, my favorite part of Quickly is how big the drinks are.

A-MA-ZING! Get the popcorn chicken, you won't regret it! Tiger milk tea and TJ are so so so good, but you're honestly good with anything from the menu.

Already my new favorite bubble tea place! The girl who made my tea was really helpful and I got my tea really quick! Hence the name! The sizes are unique and the prices are unbeatable too! (Regular 3.99$ Large 4.99$) There are also tables and a lounge area, so it would be a nice quiet spot to study. I'll gladly come back soon! Highly recommend for bubble tea lovers of all kinds.

I originally posted that this was the best bubble tea but naively posting before actually delving into the world of boba was wrong of me. This is a great place to go if you want a large drink, and cheap prices. Customer service is wonderful always and they are always very helpful, but I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, because they simply are not the best, but they are good and fair priced. If you want the best boba you'll have to take a peek at my other reviews.

This is one of my favorite places to go to right now. Super yummy boba. I usually get a large Tiger Milk Tea w/tapioca boba -- pretty good first time choice! The popcorn chicken and spring rolls are also very good! I also tried the Nutella mochi waffle and Almond egg puff and they were alright, not too sweet if you're into that :)

The chicken and rice are really tasty. Their teriyaki sauce is good. The kids love the boba tea, a must visit.

With the place already booming. They planted plenty booths in this little place and made it not feel claustrophobic by treating everyone like family and checking in consistently with each table. We came in for breakfast right before 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. The coffee was good, and the waiters kept it hot and full at all times. My daughter ordered the kids pancakes with sausage and a strawberry fruit bowl. These pancakes were huge! I could fill up on a kids plate of pancakes, no problem. Especially if only $6.79. My partner and I both ordered skillets. He ordered the protein skillet loaded with turkey protein, turkey sausage and deli turkey. He got 2 eggs scrambled and Mixed with Onion, pepper, spinach and mushroom on top of perfectly cooked hash browns. He ate the food in record time. I got the Greek Town Skillet, with gyro and chicken. Accompanied With tomatoes, spinach, red onion and feta cheese with my two sunny side up eggs over hash browns. With the side of taziki, it brought everything together wonderfully. I haven't had hashbrowns executed this nicely in years ... Super impressed with execution and quality of ingredients. The portions are definitely worth the price and they have so many different things to choose from on the menu. Also daily specials that change consistently!! Make sure to check the dry erase board to the right as you enter. I missed out on churro's French toast. But I can't wait to come back to try more dishes. I also seen on their Facebook page that they won Best American Restaurant in Auburn Hills for 2026!! Awesome job and congratulations!! I see why!

Unfortunately, several things we came for weren't available. We specifically stopped in for an açaí bowl, only to find out they're discontinuing it. Disappointed! They also only carry one beer (Modelo), and they were completely out. We were told it doesn't sell well, so they hadn't ordered more yet. If you enjoy having a beer with brunch, don't count on it. Another disappointment was that they don't offer real maple syrup, something other reviewers have mentioned as well. On the positive side, they do have a few gluten-free options, which we appreciated. Vegan choices, however, were essentially nonexistent. We ended up ordering the gluten-free pancakes with strawberries, the corned beef hash skillet, and mimosas. The food was good, and the service was friendly. Overall, it's a pleasant place with quick service, but they seem to have issues keeping menu items in stock and could improve their selection, especially for vegan diners.

My wife and I ate here after having a splendid breakfast many months ago we thought we would return for dinner. They sat us by the bar there was no one else in the restaurant not sure why we had to sit next to the bar. We had other customers standing at the bar with her faces with their butts in our faces There were so many other better seats I should've said something but I didn't. We ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms, which on the picture it showed seven when it showed up there were only five mushrooms. What was missing the most was crab meat it was a literally a bunch a shake on top of barely stuffed mushroom. Mostly fancy sauce and a ton of bread crumbs to hide the lack of crab....for $17! My wife ordered a sandwich which she enjoyed I think it was a Reuben made out of turkey and I ordered a signature Smash burger. We both ordered french fries that looked like they had been sitting in the basket most of the day because they were cold, and we're starting to shrink from sitting out. By the time we were done, my bill was $90 after tipping the waitress paying their 3% rip off fee. We both were expressing discontent as we left through the parking lot. It has been a while since I had breakfast there, which I never read them for and would've given them a five for that but this menu was not that menu.

Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which always goes a long way. You would never guess she was brand new. Food-wise, I ordered the American breakfast sandwich (I think it might've gone by a different name before), and it was fantastic. Everything was just right--the eggs were fluffy, the sausage was flavorful, and the lettuce and tomato added a fresh touch that pulled it all together. Every bite hit. My buddy kept it simple with eggs, toast, and tomato slices, but even that looked really good--the tomatoes especially looked fresh and delicious.
