I went in to have my screen replaced (Samsung A10e). They didn't have it in stock but were able to…read moreorder it in a few days. They also ordered me a new phone case when I asked. The repair took about 30 minutes and my phone is as good as new. Mark was really helpful and explained all of the charges and the contract.

On August 13th 2025, I had bought my phone into the store so that someone could look at it. I had…read moredropped it and the screen was cracked. The tech person there was very professional in comparison to the woman that was there today. I ended up sending 225.00 get my phone repair. Yesterday, September 12th, 2025 my phone fell out my pocket and again the screen got cracked. But when the phone was repaired in August a new screen protector was installed on my phone by this company. So why did it not protect my screen. The rude woman that was there told me to leave my phone and if it can be fix she will do it for free because I had one day left on the 30 day warranty. She said call her back by 6pm and she will tell me what needs to be done. How was I going to call her when my phone wasn't working and she had it? So I drove to Walmart and decided that I no longer wanted my phone fix, that I was going to switch back to MetroPCS. I arrived at the store and asked her for my phone, she said " She ordered the part and I would have to pay her for the part because it was on the way". Who told you to order a part? I kept telling I want my phone, I don't need any repairs done to it. She said well I can't give you your phone back until you pay for the delivery of the part. Why am I paying for something that I am not going to be using? Oh it's on the way so there's nothing I can do. I said it's not in my phone so I want my phone back. No you have to pay to get it back. She was holding my phone hostage until I paid her. I was upset I wanted to punch her in the face. I called the police who did nothing, but say I need to pay her for her service. What service she did nothing to my phone. My phone still wasn't working. I came back today September 13th 2025, phone warranty ends today, but she didn't want to give me back my phone until I paid her 88.00 for delivery of a part that wasn't put in my phone. I had to pay her to get my damage phone back. This is illegal. So I called my bank and stop the payment on the grounds that I didn't receive the part I paid for. All I got was my still damage phone. Don't do business with them. The woman was lucky that I love my freedom.

I went into the store because I wanted to pay off my phones. I want to try to lower my monthly bill…read morefor the new year. I told the Verizon employee that I wanted to do this. I had no idea that my son's phone was a buyout on a promotion agreement. He is in college in another state. I pay all of his bills. Anyway, the Verizon employee just ran my credit card right through. I paid $750.00 for a phone that was basically "free" because of the promotion agreement that I was not aware of. The employee could have taken a moment to look at my plan. I feel that it is his job to look at my plan and review it with me before swiping my card. My son traded his phone and got this agreement. I was not with him when he made this transaction so I was unaware of this "deal". Again, he is a college student in another state. When I got home, I looked at my account. My bill only decreased by $68.00. I noticed that a 4th phone magically appeared on my statement. It was a phone number that I had never seen before. I went back to the Verizon store to see what went wrong. The employees told me that I had just thrown away $750.00 by paying off my son's phone because it was basically "free" under the promotional agreement. They did help me remove the mystery phone number and charges that had magically appeared. I appreciated that. I asked if they could, please, refund my money and add the phone back on my statement. The Verizon employees told me that it was not possible. When I asked to speak to the man who ran my credit card, I was told that he was on a break. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that he was busy in the back. I went home and spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get in touch with someone in the Verizon customer service department. After HOURS of trying to get through, being put on hold for 30 minutes, hanging up because nobody answered, calling back, being put on hold again, nobody answering, etc. I called the Verizon store and one of the managers put me directly through to the lady in the Philippines. After about an hour and a half spent talking and being put on hold, she said that she was going to try to cancel the $750.00 charge and restore my son's phone to my monthly bill. I was so grateful to her! Yet, at the same time, I have never felt more taken advantage of in my whole life by the way I was treated at the Verizon store. Verizon, please don't treat anyone else the way you treated me. Take a minute and review the person's plan before taking their money. Offer your expertise. We come to you for GUIDANCE with our phone plans. Everyone has a job. Most of us try our best to do our jobs to the best of our ability while treating people with kindness, respect, and offering guidance, because that is what a good employee is supposed to do. You might want to try to work on being part of the solution instead of part of the problem. I probably should have been more knowledgeable of my plan, but I wasn't. Thank you to the kind lady in the Philippines who understood that not everyone can know everything about everything all of the time, and that being helpful to others is really what it is all about.

It took about two weeks before they had it ready and another three attempts to catch them again open for pickup. The same day, I tried to use my Apple Pencil, but it would not pair. I also noticed the sensitivity on the screen was not functioning correctly. I contacted them to tell them about thisbissue, and all they said was that they not work on that. I took the iPad to Apple, and they told me the screen was not functioning because it was replaced incorrectly, and that's why I was unable to connect the Apple pen and that I would never be able to pair them again. This place charged me $360, and it took three weeks to get it back, just so that the screen wouldn't work correctly. Now I have to buy a new iPad.

The guy behind the counter quoted me, what? $83 to replace the front glass. Sold. Back glass is cosmetic, and Wife has a case she likes. The same guy who quoted me did the repair himself, right on the counter, in front of me. No secrets, complete transparency. He took about 20 minutes to finish, and I was on my way. Great conversation too! This shop has a kind vibe, and good people working there. I will highly recommend Phone Rush to my friends and associates in the area.
