Good service- friendly service. Helpful with what I needed. I was trying to find a store that was open on a bad weather day. Everyone else was closed and would not answer phone so I did not know if they were going to open or not and I don't have all day to find out. I used to be a regular. I would come in almost every week to take a gift to my game night friends. The manager and I always had nice chats and he was very friendly. Then, after having an issue with a purchase during which I was perfectly polite (this person and I had always gotten along), the manager became very rude with me. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this store. read more

This place is a museum more than a liquor store. Great selections but way over priced and therefore dusty bottles. Some bottles are 8 times retail while most are $15-$20 over retail. Gave it 3 stars as they did have a bottle I couldn't find elsewhere that was 3 times over retail. read more

It's so odd that when I used to live in Plano, there were no liquor stores. Now there is one in almost every corner. The staff here seem really nice, and it's a local shop. They are reasonably priced. I'll definitely come back. read more

The customer service is not good that this store. I picked out a margarita pack from the refrigerator section, the tag is faded but you can still see the price for $8.99. The worker (maybe owner) rang up the drinks and it showed the price around $12. I told him that it is wrong and showed him the tag. Upon seeing the price of $8.99, he said that the price is not correct and would not honor the price on the tag. I was going to buy it anyway because I was already tired, but asked him to change it to the correct price for future customers. Then, he got upset and stated that I should go buy my drinks at another store. I ended up going to Target and got something better. This was my first and last time at this store. read more

A strange store that sells weed pipes and other merch along with alcohol. The owners is extremely rude and actually approached me outside when I went to 7 eleven to buy a six pack that was $2 cheaper than his price when he was out of stock. He yelled at me how I was in the wrong and that I wasn't welcome back. This so called family owned business only cares about those who use their digital gambling and that buy tobacco and alcohol without asking any questions. I recommend finding a better place if you aren't too lazy to do so. read more

Have been coming here for years. The new owner is awesome and very accommodating. Ryan always greets you with a big smile and if he sees me coming, my cigarettes and brand of vodka will be waiting at the counter! They have a new cigar area that looks to have a large selection. I believe in helping small businesses and rather than buy my cigarettes at 7-11, I will support Quick Treats to help keep them in business. Because they deserve it....They are GREAT!!!! read more

This place is awful!! DO NOT GO TO! The people that own the liquor store also own the tiny beer and smoke shop next to it. Both places are awful!! They are extremely dirty I've seen rats and roaches running around everywhere inside it. Definitely not health code standard. The smoke shops items break without you even using it, and their cigarettes and rillos are old and gross. I bought a pack of cigarettes from them and it looked as if they might have gotten rained on I opened the box and there wasn't a single smokable cigarette I tried to bring it back inside to ask for a different pack hopefully in better condition and they refused. Now the people that work there the men are semi friendly but there is a woman that owns both stores with her husband. I went in to buy cigarettes and she was extremely rude she couldn't get off the phone long enough to help me out.. and she wasn't on the phone with a customer she was talking to a friend. I was trying to explain to her I didn't have a regular id I had a picture id and a birth certificate. But she wouldn't get off the phone to listen she just refused me cigarettes. She also called me some very bad names and told me to get out of her store. I guess she was trying to show off to her friend. One thing for sure I will never be back. I'm also filling a law suit against the place as well as getting the local news involved. Its unacceptable to treat a customer in such a way. If I could give it -5 stars I would. They don't even deserve one. read more
