The initial dropoff was a bit confusing as there is limited parking space however we found an unmarked area in the middle of the street for dropoffs. Once we got inside the shop, the rest was easy. The shop had a lowkey vibe and theres a separate waiting room. We were surprised when we received an email confirmation that they were done as we had just sat down for lunch nearby. I needed the mirror fixed in order to drive, and as always, Boris came through in a timely manner. He ordered a new mirror and even installed a temporary mirror so I could drive home safely. Boris is honest, and his team is excellent. I've never had any issues with the front desk or his mechanics.

They close at 6 and I asked them if I could come by 4:45? Sure! Their waiting room is nice and clean with a coffee machine and water cooler. So they started working on the car immediately and told me that my car recommendations are synthetic oil, more expensive than regular. I asked them how much? They said $92 and I could change the oil every 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 if I bought the regular. They also said they can use regular oil which would not really make a difference, that's all they had to do was change the viscosity and that would be $52. I decided to go with my car recommendation and chose the $92. After a half hour it was done. Total price $92. That included oil change oil filter change to off all fluids and put air in all 4 tires because the low tire light was on. They said I didn't need to change my air filter because it was fine. Honesty is very important to me and I was impressed they didn't change the air filter when it didn't need to be changed. I think most other places would have. I will be in 5000 miles for sure!! This shop tries to scam customers who they think don't know any better…read more Had a car with the tire pressure light on. Doing some online research I figured it was due to the TPMS's battery was low and thus needed to be replaced. I have previously gotten one replaced at another shop for only $60 including sensor and labor. Only $25 for the labor if you bring your own part. Neely's tried to charge me $160 for just a 'diagnosis' which is literally a 1 min check with a diagnostic tool to find out the battery levels of each TPMS. And then they 'recommended' to replace all 4 sensors at once when that is totally unnecessary as all 4 TPMS's battery nearly never runs out at the same time. Then they want some more money for an OEM TPMS sensor when a universal Autel TPMS is less than $30 on Amazon. And Neely's will NOT install a customer provided part, even if it is brand new. Not to mention the mechanic I spoke with looks like some gang member and was super rude at that. AVOID these scam artist. If you want an honest mechanic, reach out to me and I can hook you up with one.

They were able to replace the tire with a new one within the day and it was very reasonably priced. Because of that one situation, my dad ended up becoming a loyal customer having his repairs and oil changes exclusively done here. I of course followed suit and decided to start coming here as well. I came one afternoon with the intent to replace all four of my tires because they were getting worn out but when Chino, the owner, took a look, he assessed the tires and was honest in telling me that a couple of the tires had a few miles left therefore not wanting to sell parts that I didn't need. He didn't have the tires I needed in stock so it had to be ordered, but he had it delivered very early the next morning. I brought my car in and waited in the waiting room for about an hour or so - ended up replacing only 3 tires and replacing my windshield wipers. While replacing my tires, he noticed that my brakes were at the end of its lifespan so it also needed to be fixed. I ended up bringing it back in the beginning of the following week. This time I dropped it off because it was a bit more involved. Recently, I've brought in my vehicle for an oil change and it was done in less than 2 hours on a Tuesday afternoon. Overall, not only is Chino an honest mechanic, but he is also quite personable. The prices are reasonable and customer service is top notch. Great place!
