He broke down the three packages they offered and I selected the middle one, which was $50 and included a wax spray and a free air freshener. Javier was great and said he would work with me to get me in and out within 30-40 mins. The car wash was busy but Javier did his best and was meticulous with the cleaning. Not only did he help clean but he inspected as others were cleaning as well. I badly needed a car wash and considering that it was rushed he did a close to perfect job! I will definitely be back. I will add that they vigorously vacuum so if anything is on the floor of your car, you may not get it back as it may get caught in the vacuum. Also pay cash if possible, as you pay tax when using a card.

My car looks like I got it off of the lot. $40 for a small suv may seem like a lot. But when you think about it. There's 3 guys focusing on your car. (Rather than a normal car wash where you are a number then on to the next. Where the highest cost package is over $30) They worked on it for about an hour. They washed. Dried. Washed my mats. Cleaned my interior. Wax. Shined my wheels and vacuumed. On top of that there's the convenience of them coming to you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is a young deceiving business with lots of kinks that needs to be worked out. Available time slots listed online but business cannot fulfill said bookings then proceeds to blame website host. Owner is confused on who actually books his services then completely drops the ball on committing to said appointments. I had a 9am service scheduled via online and was stood up. Strike one. After finally reaching Matt via phone on my 6th call he told me that I was moved to 12pm. Turns out at 12pm he was servicing another "Brian" who also booked his services. Strike two. Matt continued to show zero remorse and offered to reschedule me to Monday. Naively wanting to give this company a shot, I accepted but he proceeds to inform me that his "services in Brooklyn would be $15 extra" and that he would be ok with the idea of "collecting that" Monday. Too bad I booked his services for Manhattan. Strike three. Matt offered a refund and of course this said refund has not been processed yet. You dropped the ball on multiple occasions, still attempted to stiff your potential client and now cannot remain professional by issuing a refund immediately to attempt to save the relationship.
