Yeah I think I can blame him for ignoring a customer for who really knows what reason but I have a pretty good idea...which makes his shirt pretty laughable at most. I was yelled at when I nicely walked up to the car in front of me and gave the guy their trash back he threw out their window. I nicely told the guy " here is your trash you threw out" the lady at the window starts yelling at me. " and while she was yelling I told her that I was just giving his trash back he threw out and that it was against the state law for littering. It felt like about race because the employee was black and the people at the window were black and I'm white. I could just reported them doing it and let them get a ticket or allow they to trash the parking lot which means one of the employee would have to pick up the trash. Our streets are becoming nasty from people littering it then just throwing their trash in a trash can. Then when I went in after speaking with the person in charge and the pharmacist it was gonna be addressed or go anywhere and I his lady just be allowed to speak to customers like this.

I am a frequent supporter of the other big pharmacy brand, but swing in Walgreens when the need aligns with convenience, which is normally this location. My latest visit was after a PT appointment in search of some tape and braces for my elbow. I found what I was after tape wise, and while they had a brace, it was a bit pricier than I was willing to spend. The store, interior and exterior, could use some TLC conditionally. Inside was clean, but the parking lot needs some attention. Service is okay. I wouldn't classify it as friendly, but neither rude. Somewhere along the lines of "meh". Overall, this location is a choice out of convenience. When needed, I don't mind swinging by.

Mixed experience -- great staff, but serious prescription errors!…read more I really want to like this Walgreens (Concord & Nolensville Rd) because the store is consistently clean and the employees are genuinely friendly and helpful whenever I'm in there. That said, I've had multiple pharmacy mistakes that are hard to overlook. On two separate occasions, prescriptions that were called in for me were filled incorrectly. And on another visit, I was handed a prescription that wasn't even mine -- it had someone else's name on it, not mine. I know mistakes happen, but when it comes to prescriptions, accuracy is everything. I'm sharing this so others will double-check their meds before leaving the counter, and I really hope the pharmacy tightens up their verification process because the people and the store itself are great. Pros: Friendly staff, clean store Cons: Repeated prescription accuracy issues
