I've picked up prescriptions through the drive through and they've always been ready when they were supposed to be; though they also have the "any lane any time" painted set up in the drive through they at least noticeably close off the lane they do not keep open (hey Walgreens corporate--maybe have the set up with an on/off switch so it's easier for employees and customers to know which lane is open? Just saying). I've been in for a flu shot and had it done with just a walk up with no appointment and I was out in under 15 minutes. Selection of goods is typical but customer service is better than any other such location in the area.

They are the kindest and most helpful people at any market where I stop. I stop there regularly on my way home at night for gas and other items. Sometimes I'm hungry and eat from their fresh deli, and sometimes I order fresh pizza. WOBBY will be talking to me and then start speaking his native language and watch me become confused and then when I ask him, "WOBBY what did you say," he will smile real big and giggle at me and say "Don't you understand English?" He acted like I was about to leave and wasn't going to go do it immediately, no, i was waiting for him but he decided emptying drip trays from coffee urns was more important. When he saw me still standing there , he decided to go ahead and go get the toilet paper. He tried to hand it to me like I was supposed to be the one that replaced it in the dispenser. I kept my arms crossed and silently refused to take it. Which apparent apparent.\nLy he did not appreciate because his whole demeanor changed his smile vanished and he didn't say another word or look me in the eye for the rest of our interaction.I waited as he went to go and replace the toilet paper.And when I walked back into the bathroom, as I entered the stall, I noticed the toilet paper was on the handicap guard rail not in the dispenser so I left it there after I was done. They refuse to answer the phone in the pharmacy, and the wait was ridiculous. I went in to pick up my prescription, which was a whole debacle in itself. I asked how long the wait would be. The lady behind the counter asked the pharmacist. She ignored her. The lady asked another person. That lady said, "Umm I'm not filling prescriptions. I don't know," Awkward silence ensues. The lady looks around and no one will answer her. She asks the pharmacist again (who is literally 5 feet away). She finally says "I don't know! Maybe 45 minutes."
