I had an accident last night. My insurance called this company. Like Craig Y's review above, they…read moremissed the 1 hour deadline, no calls from them at all. Had to call the insurance to find out what's going on. I have a medical condition and I needed to be home in order to take my meds for the evening. I called the insurance again and they said they would come in 30 minutes. I wasn't in a precisely safe spot to remain parked, temperatures started dropping and my bladder was full. I told the insurance, thanks but no thanks. I had enough of waiting for some provider who wouldn't even bother to call me to let me know whether he was actually going to show up or not. So I figured to try my luck to attempt to drive my wrecked car first to a place I could eat and use the washroom and then make my way home. Luckily I was able to make it home in one piece. I filed a complaint to these guys with my insurance. However, the next day my insurance assigned them to get my car to the shop. This time Dawson (the driver), was not only on time, but he was friendly and even dropped me at the car rental place to pick up my rental while my car was in the shop. It was something he didn't have to do, but he did it just to insure I had a ride. My insurance took care of the tow cost, so no out of pocket for me this time. I had to edit this review and rating I gave to keep it fair and honest.

Yesterday (2.17) i was turning right and here this unprofessional driver comes speeding out of the gas station and almost hit my passenger side which my daughter is on. To cut across 3 lanes of traffic. Horrible!!!!! This isn't the first time either. Just horrible and not considerate of other drivers on the road.
