He said he could be at our location in 20 minutes and it took him 15! He quickly got to work and had my car towed to the body shop within 30 minutes. Even though they completed the paint correction, I now have new issues that I have just noticed since washing my vehicle 2 weeks after picking it up. Don't get me wrong, the car wash shining like it should've been when I took delivery of it, but it's the minor issue that I am left with now. After washing the vehicle and drying it down, I noticed a lot of blue marks along all 4 fenders. Essentially leaving me stranded. So I get a ride over to their place them in person what I need to do to get my car fixed. They were less concerned about helping me and concerned about Ensuring they did not admit any guilt. Essentially being defensive and protective. Rather than just seeing me as a human, it was just looking for help.

The waiting area and store was awesome as it was stocked with soda, drinks, and snack. The show room was amazing as well while it entertained me a for a hour. The techs here are efficient and fast. They did a great job in repairing my car and did a terrific job on washing my car. I really love the video message where they do a walk around of your car and what they fixed. I even got to see a customer take delivery of his brand new gt3rs in the showroom area. The customer wasn't too friendly as I tried to talk to him. He was alone as well. Unfortunately, my deal fell through earlier today when I was told I could not purchase a vehicle from their inventory because I had to fly there in person to sign documents... from California??? I was willing to make a deal at their advertised price shown on their website. I called in on Monday 4/21 and had the pleasure of speaking with Ben, who is a wonderful salesperson, he is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, and his passion was apparent through our conversation. After a short negotiation with Ben, I decided I would agree to pay the online advertised price. I asked Ben to have his manager call me so we could get into the details as he was unsure of many specifics regarding the deal. After waiting several hours, Ben's manager did not seem interested in reaching out. I had to reach out more than 4 times before Drew finally reached out to me. When he did finally reach out, he seemed incredibly uninterested, and dismissive. I was shocked to think that a Sales Manager at one of Porsche's podium stores would treat a customer as such. He went as far as to ask me why I even wanted to buy a car from him, and why I didn't just buy a car from one of my local stores. I have been working in the car business for over 10 years now. I am a Sales Manager at one of Lexus's most prestigious stores retailing over 700 cars a month. I understand that customer's can be difficult to deal with - which is also why I know I AM AN EASY SALE. I'm not here trying to screw anyone, or take advantage of any dealership, I am simply just a car guy, who wants to buy a car from them. This dealership is a perfect representation of why the car business gets such bad rep... I now know WHY they refused to sell me the car... They decided to raise the price several thousands of dollars after they OFFERED me a price. I attached a photo below of them sending me a purchase order of $128,946, Guess what? the price NOW on their website is showing $135,838. They made up some bullshit just so they can increase the price by $7,000 AFTER agreeing to do a deal, and sending me the documents to finalize. This dealership is a perfect representation of why the car business houses some of the dirtiest, unethical sales people around. The best part is, I tried emailing the General Manager and resolving this issue 1 on 1, but he never responded to my email. He seems quick to respond to people's bad reviews on Yelp, but in reality, he obviously does not give a shit about his customers because he did not even have the respect to respond to my email after a week. I will be reaching out to Porsche North America regarding this issue. Goodluck to any poor soul who decides to do business with such unethical liars.
