So both he knew and they knew that I did not know where my car was. So after the bill is up to a 1000.00 l then get notified by them that they have my car. They didn't notify the bank either because the bank wasn't alerted until they already had my car for 3 weeks. So they are basically holding hostage the car of a single Mom, with two medically fragile kids and who already lost one child to cancer. This is after me getting out of a 5 year long abusive relationship and just trying to get my car fixed so l can work and support my two medically fragile kids. So yeah wouldn't recommend them. Praying my bank can repo my car now, and then I get the fees tacked onto my loan that I am current on. They marked it as being abandoned when it wasn't abandoned. Because my car was not in repot. So l am truly just praying now that all the parties responsible for this mess, including Lance for not notifying me and the bank until the fees were too expensive for a single mother with two disabled kids to be able to get it out. Cause if I was notified with in 72 hours it would have only been about 75$, not 1000, truly feels like a scam.
