I visited the car wash on August 18, 2023, hoping for a quick and efficient service, but I left feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated. First and foremost, upon arriving at the car wash, I was shocked to find out that NONE of their vacuum machines were working. This was incredibly inconvenient, as I had specifically chosen Quick Quack Car Wash for their supposedly comprehensive service, which includes vacuuming. To make matters worse, I only found out about this issue after they had already taken my money. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a total disregard for customer satisfaction. What adds insult to injury is that, during my visit, the employees attempted to convince me to sign up for a membership. How can they expect me to commit to a membership when they can't even provide basic services like working vacuum cleaners? It's clear they prioritize profit over customer experience. In an attempt to rectify the situation, one of the workers advised me to email their customer service for a free car wash as compensation for the inconvenience. I followed their advice and sent an email promptly, hoping for a swift response and resolution. However, it's been over a month, and I have yet to hear back from anyone at Quick Quack Car Wash. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and demonstrates a complete lack of concern for their customers' grievances. I had initially given Quick Quack Car Wash some time to rectify this situation, but their prolonged silence has left me with no choice but to share my terrible experience with others. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated as a paying customer, and I would strongly advise against visiting Quick Quack Car Wash if you value your time, money, and overall customer experience. read more

This Quick Quack location is definitely the best location. The team members are super friendly and always willing to help and care for its customers. If you're looking for a car wash membership, this is the place to get it! Super easy membership process with only needing your license plate to check in, competitive membership pricing with wondering QQ benefits, and a quality car wash that is safe and good to your car. I have never really had a bad experience at this Car wash... The employees are always very helpful and it is so convenient. Only once I did get placed behind a big lifted truck with huge tires that slid over the tire guides but in the end even after that my car was safe... even that was not at the fault of the car wash... I have been a member for over a year and I actual switched to be with this one. Keep up the great work. You will definitely see me around. read more

I always come to Quick quack car wash; not cause theyre the best, just in proximity. However, this time I was greeted by John. Very approachable. He seemed happier then all the other staff. While I was vacuuming he was changing the trash bag and asked me "How's it going today?" so I answered genuinely. This location is always kind and makes sure their customers leave happy! I was vacuuming my car when a gentleman named Lawrence came up to me and realized my car still had bugs on it and he sent me back through the wash with no charge! The gentleman who was checking in, his name was John, was also very helpful. This Quick Quack is always helpful and makes sure the customers are satisfied! The guys at Quick Quack are so kind and helpful. I had some paint that the tow company left and it was a pain to get off. But Zee helped so much! He was kind enough to use some product on it for free. He also let me go through the car wash a few times just to make sure the paint was completely off. The service is great here. Frequently visit this car wash. We blew a radiator hose so we pulled in to clean our engine and service our van. VERY nice employee by the name of Lawrence came over to check on us and let us pull over and spray our engine off! Wouldn't even take a tip. Very accommodating and friendly!
