After many years of being a member they increased monthly dues from $22 to $32. That's an insane increase. There are cheaper and better options where you're not hounded for sales. They lied about adding a second vehicle cost. Towels holders always empty. Air hoses spit out water. Save the hassle and go elsewhere. read more

Not all car washes are the same. things that set them apart in my book are; washes my car well, clean stocked towels to dry my car with, and great vacuums with great suction to get all the crumbs my kids make. This Quick Quack checks all the boxes, but this location has one more extra quality that Is definitely appreciated and an asset to the company employee named Stephen. My rear windshield arm snapped and broke on my newly purchased suv. There was an incident report from Jan 29, so far, no one has reached out to me. I emailed customer service who said they reached out to the car wash location. Told me to expect a call in 3 business days. It's been past that, still no follow up. Had to cancel my membership for my 2 cars altogether. Found out from the person who did my paint restoration for my old car (at the beginning of Feb) that that oxidation and paint bleeding was caused by the car wash. I asked customer service for a refund for the remaining days, they couldn't give me a refund. Pretty disappointing read more

It is honestly absurd that the only way I could get a response from you guys was through Yelp but none the less, here is my reply to your feedback. I have already sent this information to all of the contacts I can reach but it seems I need to RESTATE the situation. I have had to resort to emailing the CEO of quick quack because of the way this matter was so poorly handled. My husband passed away a few years ago and left behind his brand new 2012 Mercedes c 300, since his passing it has stayed garaged. My daughter finally was old enough to drive and I thought there would be nothing better than her getting to drive her father's car. The first day we drove it we decided to take it to one of your locations on April 8th. The manager was actually working at the front and at first greeted us very politely, this quickly turned into him trying to sell us a membership, I have had one before and I just knew my daughter would not have been able to put it to much use so we denied. After this he continued to push and we had to tell him no a few times before he would just let us get the common wash. This may be irrelevant but he also mentioned that the car was nice and complimented it many times. We finally were able to go through the wash and when we came out to vacuum we noticed scrapes and scratches that led from the hood of the car all the way to the back bumper. I was absolutely horrified and went to get an employee immediately. The employee that I found confirmed that the scratches were not there before and the manger also stated this, he took photos with us and mentioned that a new manger was being assigned, that he was "nice guy" and would "probably pay for it himself" saying this stuff has happed before and he had filed a few incident reports for the same problem. He then gave us the number of the new manger and from there we began trying to contact him. He did not seem concerned and continuously ignored our calls and text messages only to send us the SAME pictures we had taken that day and tell us that it was proof "our car was scratched before entering the wash" almost a MONTH after the incident. I obviously pressed this issue and thank god my daughter had taken videos and photos of the car as we were taking it out of the garage THAT SAME DAY to show there were no marks or scratches just hours before we entered the wash. Of course we sent him all of this evidence along with dates and the extra photos I had taken after the incident and he said he would talk to his manager about it and get back to us. Unfortunately he went back to ignoring my calls and texts again and responded another few weeks later saying it had been denied again. This is just very upsetting considering I really trusted your car washes and customer service I never would have thought we would be treated in this way and accused of lying as well. The only reason he responded at all was because we had to call customer service and they had sent him a notice to handle the situation. I have also been sent emails from customer service telling me to go to the location myself and "hash it out with the manager" this is completely unprofessional for a very successful company who claims to care for there customers. I am now reaching out to you before I am forced to take legal action in matter, which I really do not want to do. read more

On May 9 of this year I was at the quick quack location in Sharon Drive and Cavecreek Road after paying, I began to enter the car wash when I heard a noise and had damage to my passenger side of my car. I was in the driveway I wasn't on the curb which was a little less than 8 inches high I have struck a Ballard, which was 3 1/2 inches approximately from the edge of the curb. My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado was in excellent condition if I was in the driveway and not on the curb it was not my fault what happened to my vehicle since the Ballard was that close to the edge of the curb it was a design flaw when the car wash was built, I owned a car wash for 20 years. I filled out a complaint I went back six times and finally talk to the manager. She implied that it was my fault. I also emailed the corporate office at least that many times with no results, obviously this company doesn't care about its customers when there's a problem I got an estimate it was around $4000 to fix the damage. They feel they have no liability. read more

My recommendation is simple. Don't go here. This place is one of the more expensive spots for low end car washes. I came here one evening and got a car wash. When I pulled through to the vacuum area none of them worked. None. I asked the attendants how to turn them on. I was informed the manager told them to turn the vacuums off the entire day since it had rained earlier that morning. That didn't make sense so I asked what morning rain meant for evening car wash vacuum usage. One of the attendants then told me it was the regional manager who instructed his store manager to disable the vacuums because "water gets into the system and messes it up somehow." I then asked "Isn't that something you should tell customers BEFORE they pay for a car wash? Had I known that I would have gone somewhere else." Both young men gave me blank stares. One then assured me all of the Quick Quack car washes were told the same thing. I waited for one of them to try and make it right but nothing. This place isn't helpful in general but especially if you use your car for Uber/Lyft/Turo and need it to be clean on the inside as well as the outside, you have no guarantee this place will accommodate that goal or even tell you if anything is not working before hand. This place definitely isn't all its Quacked up to be I'd head down the road and find another car wash. read more

I had a great experience at Quick Quack. I was greeted by a nice guy with great customer service skills. He helped me get my car registered and through the line quickly. I was then greeted by another man who sprayed my car off before entering their machine to wash my car. The quick car wash was actually fun. The colors changed with soap and many lights went off during the quick ride. It was pretty cool! My car was very clean and I was also surprised to see how dry by car was! I didn't even need to dry any of it off. I then used their automatic vacuums to clean the inside. My car is spotless and I am happy! Thank you for such a great experience!!! read more

The drive through apparatuses don't wash your car properly, the vacuums barely work (no suction) and the compressor (blowers) barely blow. There use to be another car wash called Quick and clean at this location. I don't know if it's the same company. Anyway so there is 4 different options for your car wash. Basic $4.99, Good $9.99, Better $14.99, and Best $19.99 (please see my picture below so you can see what each option contains). I was lucky enough to get the Best for free (promo). So here we go, I really enjoyed the different colors as your getting a Carwash I can't remember if it's when the water is coming down or before. Well either way it's a blue and pink mini color show, I'm sure the kids will love it. I wish I had before pictures of my nasty black tires. I'm happy to say that the tires came out clean only one of the tires had to be re wiped down after the wash. Also there is free vacuums that you can use after the wash. Don't forget to purchase extra wipes if you need to, Quick Quack wipes are 5 for $1 and Blue Magic single glass cleaner wipes at $1 each. I was surprised that both of the wipes actually cleaned. Sometimes you get these sad wipes that don't perform so well, but these Quick Quack wipes not only clean really well but also smell amazing! The car wash attendant Delvin was super nice he was able to assist me in a quick and non pushy way. I never was told or asked to buy any of the wipes I went back and bought the Quick Quack wipes because they gave me one when I went through the Carwash and the Glass cleaner wipes I purchased because I needed them and for $1! It's a good option for people like me that always forget to bring there own cleaning items or really just don't like to carry the extra items in the car. Ok now for the good part the price. Speaking from the Basic I'm use to the $3.00 car wash. Quick Quacks Basic is at $4.99. That is $1.99 more! I haven't tried the $4.99 Basic Wash at Quick Quack so I'm going to have to try out the basic and come back to update and see if it's worth it, but as of right now I am going to leave it at 4 stars. That is based on my whole experience. I enjoyed everything, but the prices. The prices are just more pricey than it was before. And there's nothing that sets this Carwash apart from the old carwash. 3/1/20 I took my new car with my wifes mobility lift through the car wash after I asked Tanner the attendant if it will be ok, he assured me it would be ok. Half way through the vertical brush got wedged between the lift and the car. Bending the lift and damaging the lift gate to the tune of $1300.00 I got an incident report 81822 and called several times and left messages. Supposedly within 72 hours they will call you to take care of it, I left several messages with corporate, 2 weeks later still nothing. I emailed local news to report it as well and am waiting to see if they can do a story that should say enter at your own risk.My insurance will pay for it, but at a minimum there employees should be better trained to know what can go through the car wash. Corporate should be responsible to at least call me back after reviewing their camera footage of the incident. Doubtful, but will keep you posted. John read more

This is for Quick Quack 903!! Great service, friendly staff, awesome wash & let me tell you the vacuums are amazing! I would suggest trying the Lucky duck- "Best" wash. Was super fun with all the colors of the soap & lights! I even got a Quack sack- goodie bag!! I went in the evening time & I was shocked to see they were still open considering most the other washes seem to close by 6. So for all us who get off work late you can still get your car wash @ Quick Quack till 9pm. The employee who was there explain to me the difference in the washes, and how they spray bug juice to help get all the bugs off my grill ! I'm not sure which one Yelp brought up but I was told I was at location 903!! So to all the ones who work there thank you & I will be returning!! Possibly even become a memeber!! I did go back a few days later to ask for some names so here it goes : Bryce, Felicity, Cassandra, Jessica, Derrel, Josh & Sharan. - I'm not sure if I spelled everyone's names correctly. I spoke with Sharan & she was glad I had a great experience. She referred to everyone as ducks & ducklings- which is super cute & more caring then referring to anyone as an employee. This place just opened and I went there for the free car wash service that they are offering. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Most car washes don't get the road debris from the wheel well/tire area but this one did. Plus the cool lights on the water is super cool to watch when you're getting your car washes. Very impressed.
