We had a wonderful experience at this car wash this morning! We have a membership for both our vehicles and the person in front of us was having difficulty finding neutral so we waited and waited while both attendants worked with her. When it was our turn, we were 'thanked' for our patience by getting the full-on service with tire shine and all! Thank you, Quick Quack! You all rock!!! Joe and Linda P. read more

After many years of being a member they increased monthly dues from $22 to $32. That's an insane increase. There are cheaper and better options where you're not hounded for sales. They lied about adding a second vehicle cost. Towels holders always empty. Air hoses spit out water. Save the hassle and go elsewhere. read more

The overaggressive sales person actually said to me that corporate rather I write a bad review than for him to not be so aggressive and ask multiple times for membership. Bad review zero stars this happened in multiple quick quack locations. I'm done with these guys. read more

Not all car washes are the same. things that set them apart in my book are; washes my car well, clean stocked towels to dry my car with, and great vacuums with great suction to get all the crumbs my kids make. This Quick Quack checks all the boxes, but this location has one more extra quality that Is definitely appreciated and an asset to the company employee named Stephen. Stephen is extremely friendly, helpful, and a great sales men. He always has such an upbeat and positive attitude.(in this heat too) Thank you again for all your help. Thank you for always going above and beyond too. read more

My rear windshield arm snapped and broke on my newly purchased suv. There was an incident report from Jan 29, so far, no one has reached out to me. I emailed customer service who said they reached out to the car wash location. Told me to expect a call in 3 business days. It's been past that, still no follow up. Had to cancel my membership for my 2 cars altogether. Found out from the person who did my paint restoration for my old car (at the beginning of Feb) that that oxidation and paint bleeding was caused by the car wash. I asked customer service for a refund for the remaining days, they couldn't give me a refund. Pretty disappointing read more

We tried Quick Quack car wash the other day. We were very happy about our experience. We spoke to an employee there and got some information about the monthly program. We bought the monthly program and bought the cheapest for right now. 14.99 a month unlimited car washes. The staff was experienced, helpful, efficient and friendly. We were very impressed and we were in and out of there with no issues and everything we were looking for. read more

Good wash good service ! Moved here recently live right down the road Benjamin did a great job so did everyone else thank you guys

It is honestly absurd that the only way I could get a response from you guys was through Yelp but none the less, here is my reply to your feedback. I have already sent this information to all of the contacts I can reach but it seems I need to RESTATE the situation. I have had to resort to emailing the CEO of quick quack because of the way this matter was so poorly handled. My husband passed away a few years ago and left behind his brand new 2012 Mercedes c 300, since his passing it has stayed garaged. My daughter finally was old enough to drive and I thought there would be nothing better than her getting to drive her father's car. The first day we drove it we decided to take it to one of your locations on April 8th. The manager was actually working at the front and at first greeted us very politely, this quickly turned into him trying to sell us a membership, I have had one before and I just knew my daughter would not have been able to put it to much use so we denied. After this he continued to push and we had to tell him no a few times before he would just let us get the common wash. This may be irrelevant but he also mentioned that the car was nice and complimented it many times. We finally were able to go through the wash and when we came out to vacuum we noticed scrapes and scratches that led from the hood of the car all the way to the back bumper. I was absolutely horrified and went to get an employee immediately. The employee that I found confirmed that the scratches were not there before and the manger also stated this, he took photos with us and mentioned that a new manger was being assigned, that he was "nice guy" and would "probably pay for it himself" saying this stuff has happed before and he had filed a few incident reports for the same problem. He then gave us the number of the new manger and from there we began trying to contact him. He did not seem concerned and continuously ignored our calls and text messages only to send us the SAME pictures we had taken that day and tell us that it was proof "our car was scratched before entering the wash" almost a MONTH after the incident. I obviously pressed this issue and thank god my daughter had taken videos and photos of the car as we were taking it out of the garage THAT SAME DAY to show there were no marks or scratches just hours before we entered the wash. Of course we sent him all of this evidence along with dates and the extra photos I had taken after the incident and he said he would talk to his manager about it and get back to us. Unfortunately he went back to ignoring my calls and texts again and responded another few weeks later saying it had been denied again. This is just very upsetting considering I really trusted your car washes and customer service I never would have thought we would be treated in this way and accused of lying as well. The only reason he responded at all was because we had to call customer service and they had sent him a notice to handle the situation. I have also been sent emails from customer service telling me to go to the location myself and "hash it out with the manager" this is completely unprofessional for a very successful company who claims to care for there customers. I am now reaching out to you before I am forced to take legal action in matter, which I really do not want to do. read more

Great customer service and love the vacuums suction! This location is my favorite! Always clean, fast, towels available to use when needed.

This is why I love Quick Quack, I can go to different states and still use my membership, I am in AZ for work for a week and I get to keep my beautiful car washed with my same membership from my home state. Customer service here was awesome, very friendly staff, and the car wash made my baby look beautiful as always. I went through 3 times to make sure my car was clean and beautiful. It always makes my tires look brand new, and it makes my paint pop. Thank you for your help, and for always keeping my car's spotless See you again read more

Best car wash around. I love Tyrrell he's the friendliest in town! Affordable and does the job I need! Will always come back here

Terrible customer support. I was told I couldn't pay cash for an unlimited service, then told to come back within 48 hours to reimburse my regular wash that would go towards the unlimited service I wanted having enough on a debit card. I went back and was told they couldn't do that without the manager. Came back again and the manager (Liz) was still unable to provide what was told to me. Would not recommend. read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

On May 9 of this year I was at the quick quack location in Sharon Drive and Cavecreek Road after paying, I began to enter the car wash when I heard a noise and had damage to my passenger side of my car. I was in the driveway I wasn't on the curb which was a little less than 8 inches high I have struck a Ballard, which was 3 1/2 inches approximately from the edge of the curb. My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado was in excellent condition if I was in the driveway and not on the curb it was not my fault what happened to my vehicle since the Ballard was that close to the edge of the curb it was a design flaw when the car wash was built, I owned a car wash for 20 years. I filled out a complaint I went back six times and finally talk to the manager. She implied that it was my fault. I also emailed the corporate office at least that many times with no results, obviously this company doesn't care about its customers when there's a problem I got an estimate it was around $4000 to fix the damage. They feel they have no liability. read more

Erik is so friendly! The whole team has a smile, willing to help and fast at getting you through the wash.

Maddox R. working the front stand was very friendly and extremely efficient, he really made me feel taken care of and I've never had such a trouble-free experience at any car wash I've ever been to. Hunter was professional and skillful when it came to entering the car wash, clear instructions making the process quick. I had the sticky residue from a slushy on my car and I was not expecting it to come off without some good ol' elbow grease, but the $10 option at Quick Quack made quick work of such a troublesome substance. Overall my experience was great, I would definitely recommend checking out this location in particular, incredible staff and equipment! read more

I had a great experience at Quick Quack. I was greeted by a nice guy with great customer service skills. He helped me get my car registered and through the line quickly. I was then greeted by another man who sprayed my car off before entering their machine to wash my car. The quick car wash was actually fun. The colors changed with soap and many lights went off during the quick ride. It was pretty cool! My car was very clean and I was also surprised to see how dry by car was! I didn't even need to dry any of it off. I then used their automatic vacuums to clean the inside. My car is spotless and I am happy! Thank you for such a great experience!!! read more

My recommendation is simple. Don't go here. This place is one of the more expensive spots for low end car washes. I came here one evening and got a car wash. When I pulled through to the vacuum area none of them worked. None. I asked the attendants how to turn them on. I was informed the manager told them to turn the vacuums off the entire day since it had rained earlier that morning. That didn't make sense so I asked what morning rain meant for evening car wash vacuum usage. One of the attendants then told me it was the regional manager who instructed his store manager to disable the vacuums because "water gets into the system and messes it up somehow." I then asked "Isn't that something you should tell customers BEFORE they pay for a car wash? Had I known that I would have gone somewhere else." Both young men gave me blank stares. One then assured me all of the Quick Quack car washes were told the same thing. I waited for one of them to try and make it right but nothing. This place isn't helpful in general but especially if you use your car for Uber/Lyft/Turo and need it to be clean on the inside as well as the outside, you have no guarantee this place will accommodate that goal or even tell you if anything is not working before hand. This place definitely isn't all its Quacked up to be I'd head down the road and find another car wash. read more

Quick, efficient, affordable, and really good vacuums and high velocity air to help clean out tough-to-get-to areas!

I have been a member of Quick Quack for 3 years now and I have to say I have never been disappointed. Everyone is always so friendly and professional, my car always looks great after and the vacuum's always have good suction. read more

Quick Quack, not only a stupid name but the worst car wash in Arizona. They took over the previous business named Quick & Clean and it all went to sh*t at that point. The drive through apparatuses don't wash your car properly, the vacuums barely work (no suction) and the compressor (blowers) barely blow. I've explained and told every employee and their corporate location but they don't do anything about it. With the rise in recent years of all these types of car washes, there's so many others to choose from. Be smart avoid Quick Quack. This place can go DUCK Themselves!!! 8:30pm Just received a message from Krista @ Quick Quack. Krista, stop with the BS and lies. Fix your equipment. It's as simple as that. read more

There use to be another car wash called Quick and clean at this location. I don't know if it's the same company. Anyway so there is 4 different options for your car wash. Basic $4.99, Good $9.99, Better $14.99, and Best $19.99 (please see my picture below so you can see what each option contains). I was lucky enough to get the Best for free (promo). So here we go, I really enjoyed the different colors as your getting a Carwash I can't remember if it's when the water is coming down or before. Well either way it's a blue and pink mini color show, I'm sure the kids will love it. I wish I had before pictures of my nasty black tires. I'm happy to say that the tires came out clean only one of the tires had to be re wiped down after the wash. Also there is free vacuums that you can use after the wash. Don't forget to purchase extra wipes if you need to, Quick Quack wipes are 5 for $1 and Blue Magic single glass cleaner wipes at $1 each. I was surprised that both of the wipes actually cleaned. Sometimes you get these sad wipes that don't perform so well, but these Quick Quack wipes not only clean really well but also smell amazing! The car wash attendant Delvin was super nice he was able to assist me in a quick and non pushy way. I never was told or asked to buy any of the wipes I went back and bought the Quick Quack wipes because they gave me one when I went through the Carwash and the Glass cleaner wipes I purchased because I needed them and for $1! It's a good option for people like me that always forget to bring there own cleaning items or really just don't like to carry the extra items in the car. Ok now for the good part the price. Speaking from the Basic I'm use to the $3.00 car wash. Quick Quacks Basic is at $4.99. That is $1.99 more! I haven't tried the $4.99 Basic Wash at Quick Quack so I'm going to have to try out the basic and come back to update and see if it's worth it, but as of right now I am going to leave it at 4 stars. That is based on my whole experience. I enjoyed everything, but the prices. The prices are just more pricey than it was before. And there's nothing that sets this Carwash apart from the old carwash. Only thing is that it's more pricier as I stated before. Breakdown of my rating: - Delvin (customer service) 5 stars - Carwash 4 stars - Extra (wipes and vacuum) 4 stars - Price 3 stars read more

Just drove to California and back and desperately needed a car wash to get all the bugs off. The lady came out and sprayed my Jeep and said if they bugs don't all come off the first time i can drive through again. How great is that. I appreciate that so so much. Seems like every time I go to this car wash something isn't working. Vacuum, air hoses, something in the wash tunnel, always something. And it's been this way for months. So before you pay your money, ask what's broken to see if you really want to wash there. I've used this car wash since it was built quite a few years ago and it seems since QQ took it over the equipment and services have gone down while the prices have gone up. read more
