Staff is always helpful and friendly. I love cleaning my car here. I love the little air spray to clean off water & the green towels are amazing. Such a great spot. My kids especially love the ducky images in the wash. Been a member for 5 years and it's definitely worth the price to go unlimited. read more

Before they raised the price this is on the guest as I remember it, 12 to 18 months ago I really enjoyed their service. Then they increased the price 4 to 5 dollars a month. I did not like it so I left their service. That was just too much of a pricing price for me. It was just way too much of an increase. I made a decision to not subscribe to any thing any company any service that has that much of a price increase all at once. They do not have overhead with gasoline, their employees make minimum wage so I don't believe they got an increase, but I am not sure of that. Groceries are not involved so to me, it appears it was higher management that got the money from the increase. Groceries and gasoline go up whenever there's a change in the economy... But a car wash? No I don't believe they did the right thing read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Front of Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Perris, California

This car wash is nice looking and clean every time I have come. The employees are friendly but they should have less hot looking uniforms, especially when it's 104 degrees outside with humidity. I do think it is way over priced for a fancier version of a gas station car wash. I was also tricked into getting a monthly membership. I was told that they offered a sales price for $28.99 membership for that day only. Sounding like the membership would continue to be $28.99 if I joined that day. The reality was that the membership was only that price for the for month and would go up after the first month. Then if you try to cancel before that month is up, they will charge you a cancellation fee, which basically raises it up to the higher regular price of $35 a month. I definitely felt lied too and will be canceling my membership. What they did was shady and they got my mother in law that same day and she wasn't happy with the deception either. read more

I tried paying for the $22.99 single wash half of it cash the rest on the card. The lady took the cash then says my card not working. I told her I haven't even tapped yet the machine. Then she asked if I have the rest of it in cash I said no I want to pay the rest on card. She told me to hold on wait about five minutes and she goes back to check my license plate about three times She tries again and kept saying her system is not working for debit card. Its been abt 10 minutes and I'm the only person in line. So I told her I'll just leave and vacuum the car. But then the vacuum doesn't even work. I'm not sure if I'm just having bad luck but this is the third time I've been through this mess third time I had to come back vacuuming doesn't work and the card machine doesn't work please y'all gotta do something about this Don't get me wrong. The staff is friendly, but yall gotta fix the tablet machine from paying read more

Horrible business ethics and terrible customer service. Cancelled my aacoback in November was given a free month for being a good customer for December then was charged again in January even though I had already cancelled my member ship in November and was then told it was because I didn't cancel again after the free month. And they refused to refund my money for January even though I wasn't going to use the service. Forget This place go to Tommy's Express Instead. read more

DAMAGED TO VEHICLE: I was denied a claim for my brand-new three-year-old vehicle, which had been going to the Quick Quack car wash for a while. Their claim was PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE. I am confused by their saying it was damaged before entering the car wash tunnel or had considerable wear and tear. Their wrap had broken off my mirror cap. They refused to share their footage as proof, just like they closed their eyes like nothing had happened. There are NO signs of warning about mirrors before entering the tunnel; they claim their wraps had not been adjusted or modified, so it is my fault. I lost my faith and confidence in them. Stay away from them if you VALUE your car. read more

Had the worst experience today on 8/08/2024. I got an unlimited car wash membership and asked for towels because I know that it wasn't going be provided at the vacuum area. Once I got there ofcourse I had to walk back and ask for some. The guy said I'm limited to two towels... I have a huge SUV and the fact that I had to walk back and ask for some to use is unacceptable. The service is 0 stars and will be cancelling my membership. Horrible service! read more

Bradon was awesome and so helpful when I asked for help. He was so nice and was so willing to help.

Alondra was so helpful and so friendly. The place was cleaned. It didn't take long to get me checked in and on my way

I'm writing this post very unpleased with the wash and service received. I live about 20 minutes from here and stopped here on the way home yesterday to get the bugs and bird poop off my car. I did not stop to do the interior of my car and kept driving home. When I got out of my car, I was in disbelief to find that my car was not even close to being clean. Bumper dirty, frunk dirty and mirrors dirty. I immediately called thinking I would get to a store associate and instead got to a call center who filed a complaint on my behalf. Today, on my way home from work, I go back to request a rewash. I didn't ask for money back or anything, I just want my car to be clean. I paid for a service, it should be clean! I talked to 3 different people, one being the assistant manager, and left with my car still dirty because of a 30 minute rewash policy. If one lives 20 minutes away, how can you expect anyone to get back in time? Let alone, the inconvenience of having to make another trip. The customer service here is horrible. Do better! I will never come back to this establishment again and advise anybody thinking about it to think twice. read more

Satisfaction NOT guaranteed. So you have a disclaimer for older cars and license plates, you have people who check the car in before the wash, do you think they could mention the fact that the car wash may tear off your license plate since it wasn't factory installed and it's a classic automobile so it's exempt. The reply to the incident report was without even empathy for my damage or even " we're sorry" so their attitude is we don't give a @&$$ about you as a customer, don't give this wash your business, they don't deserve it. read more
