This car wash is nice looking and clean every time I have come. The employees are friendly but they should have less hot looking uniforms, especially when it's 104 degrees outside with humidity. I do think it is way over priced for a fancier version of a gas station car wash. I was also tricked into getting a monthly membership. I was told that they offered a sales price for $28.99 membership for that day only. Sounding like the membership would continue to be $28.99 if I joined that day. The reality was that the membership was only that price for the for month and would go up after the first month. Then if you try to cancel before that month is up, they will charge you a cancellation fee, which basically raises it up to the higher regular price of $35 a month. I definitely felt lied too and will be canceling my membership. What they did was shady and they got my mother in law that same day and she wasn't happy with the deception either.

DAMAGED TO VEHICLE: I was denied a claim for my brand-new three-year-old vehicle, which had been going to the Quick Quack car wash for a while. Their claim was PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE. I am confused by their saying it was damaged before entering the car wash tunnel or had considerable wear and tear. Their wrap had broken off my mirror cap. They refused to share their footage as proof, just like they closed their eyes like nothing had happened. There are NO signs of warning about mirrors before entering the tunnel; they claim their wraps had not been adjusted or modified, so it is my fault. I lost my faith and confidence in them. Stay away from them if you VALUE your car.

I tried paying for the $22.99 single wash half of it cash the rest on the card. The lady took the cash then says my card not working. I told her I haven't even tapped yet the machine. Then she asked if I have the rest of it in cash I said no I want to pay the rest on card. She told me to hold on wait about five minutes and she goes back to check my license plate about three times She tries again and kept saying her system is not working for debit card. Its been abt 10 minutes and I'm the only person in line. So I told her I'll just leave and vacuum the car. But then the vacuum doesn't even work. Horrible business ethics and terrible customer service. Cancelled my aacoback in November was given a free month for being a good customer for December then was charged again in January even though I had already cancelled my member ship in November and was then told it was because I didn't cancel again after the free month. Never gave to wait in line. Employees always wave & say hello. My car comes out shiny everything. Vacuums are super powerful & easy to use. I used to pay $26.00 everything i went to a full service carwash. They broke two items on my interior & denied fault both times. For $32.00 per month I get my money's worth at quick quack plus unlimited washes. read more

I dont usually go to brush washes bcuz it leave swirls on your paint but i came only because the pumpkin spice car wash. I paid $23 for a car wash and guess what! it didnt smell like pumpkin spice. Had the worst experience today on 8/08/2024. I got an unlimited car wash membership and asked for towels because I know that it wasn't going be provided at the vacuum area. Once I got there ofcourse I had to walk back and ask for some. The guy said I'm limited to two towels... I have a huge SUV and the fact that I had to walk back and ask for some to use is unacceptable. The service is 0 stars and will be cancelling my membership. Horrible service! read more

He took the time to address every noon and cranny, from the dual sunroofs to the vegan leather seats, ensuring everything looked showroom ready. I'd recommend Andrew because he was very communicative and explained the products he was using and why he uses them and suggestions to help preserve and upkeep the appearance of my vehicle. His pricing is affordable and his attention to detail is unmatched. He understands the specific needs of an EV (no harsh chemicals on the screens or sensors) and he was punctual, polite, and passionate about his craft. Unfortunately, this place does not take accountability for damaging cars. Received a template email stating that during their investigation my car side view mirror was already damaged based "video footage" and that Quick Quack car wash had washed "hundreds" of vehicles before and after my incident with "no issues from others". However, reading the reviews here, seems like customers had similar issues to mine. Not worth having membership here especially when the company does not take accountability for damaging news cars that are secured and factory installed. When your car has a million bugs stuck to the front, finger writings on the windows, and dirt all on the side from not being washed for weeks, I think it's time for a quick wash.
