I did the wash, it had spots all over the hood. They let me go through again, still wasn't clean at all. They then told me the roller won't go down because of roof rack and they would give refund. I wouldn't have gone through if they told me that at first. Called customer service, and they said it's out of their hands. Really enjoy having unlimited car washes each month! My results are always excellent with my white car. I have heard from others that different color paint can show scratches from going through the automated car wash here. This specific location is extremely busy! And very difficult to enter and exit. Besides this, the location gets the job done, and though there's a long line of cars, the staff moved them through the aisle quickly. read more

I'm a 68 yr old man that while I was vacuuming my car I realized that I was in big trouble if I didn't get to a bathroom immediately. I asked Bryce at the Centerville location if I could please use his bathroom. Bryce got in my face and said," it's only for employees." He pointed to a nearby restaurant and said,"they have one." I pled with him and said it's an emergency. Once again replied that the restaurant has one. I told him that I couldn't walk that far. He then said the restaurant next door has a bathroom! I have a membership at Quick Quack, so I usually stop in a few times a week at different locations. I love Quick Quack, and the Centerville location is no exception! The service is quick and friendly! When I was last in, both lines were super long and almost out of the lot. The attendant still offered me an interior wipe which I noticed a couple other locations refuse to do if the lines are long for whatever reason. I love that they take the time to hand you a wipe and have a little conversation with you, rather than just waving you through. I wish I knew the names of the staff so I could mention them! The one employee I was impressed with here was a younger guy with short blonde hair. He was very friendly and to the point. I left with a spotless car (as usual) and I can't wait to return! read more

This is the best automatic tunnel car wash in Centerville, Utah. The convenient location allows you to grab your DQ treat next door and then enjoy the trippy, bright-colored tube car wash. The car wash does a good job on small cars, sedans, and small SUVs. Bring your towels to dry off the water spots. The high-pressure vacuums and compressed air for interior cleaning are excellent. Their vacuum can get the dog hair in the crevice of your car seats. If you enjoy after-wash car detailing, then the shady cover is a perfect spot. read more

Excellent spot for a car wash. Just not an excellent car wash. Everyone is wearing ties and the impression is that the Quick Quack is going to give you a better wash for your hard earned dollar. Not so much. Front and sides of the vehicles were pretty okay and the wheel shine was good, but when I got to my destination and looked at the back of my truck, it was untouched. No bueno. They do have free vacuums for customers which is a plus but the equipment in the tunnel just wasn't great for trucks. read more

We had an odd experience where we have a membership but when my daughter took my car to get washed she forgot to mention the membership. She paid cash and didn't realize I had a membership until she got home and I told her. So I went over to try to resolve the issue as I didn't want to pay $12 on top of my membership. The young man helping us was able to pull up my car and recognize that it had been through but had no way to reconcile the cash situation. But he wanted to fix it so he called his boss and he came back with $12 in cash and was extremely apologetic. He even gave us a free was because we weren't in the same car as before! I have have had a membership with Quick Quack for over 2 years now, Before i moved to Utah my state had it as well, and I'm excited that they have it here as well, they have never let me down. This is my first time at this one, but i go to the two by my house a lot. This was my first time here and this one was really nice and fast and i really appreciate the customer service and the friendly staff. Another tube style car wash. This one actually does a pretty good job. They are having a grand opening deal right now with free washes and deals on monthly subscriptions. The vacuums are powerful and I like the compressed air for blowing out crevasses, etc. My one complaint would be there are not enough vacuum bays. I imagine once the free wash period is over it will not be as busy. read more

Aw, what happened? My car has streaks after having it washed, and it feels as if they have made some downgraded changes to the wash because that didn't happen before. P.S. Customer service is always good, so nothing negative towards that. read more

The basic wash is just as described, basic. It does a good job on my 4 door. I've been here twice for a quick wash and a couple times with others' and their vehicles. I haven't used the free vacuums yet. That's a nice offer though. That being said, I won't be coming back. Unfortunately, I'll have to suggest another wash to others. The attendants record your license plate number each time you visit. It's unnecessary and you know exactly what they're doing with that information. It's unacceptable. read more

This particular location is probably one of the best in the Quick Quak chain here in Utah. Always clean and attendants always ready to go and attentive. It's an easy place to get in and out of. Vacuums are always full bore for a nice clean car. Today they were washing the bays down. Nice to see that extra attention. This location has better soap amounts and seems the blower dryer is set better than other locations. Great job. Thing I really like is the monthly fee that gives you access to all their locations here along the Wasatch Front. read more

i love this service. I like that I can get my car washed, dry it, vacuum and dust the interior all in one stop. Unfortunately, the last several times I've been to the Centerville location the drying rags have stunk soooo bad! They are so disgusting. I have a monthly pass so I use this car wash often and they are usually very nice and I've had no complaints. Today however my car did not line up with the belt and the young man kept telling me (with my window rolled up) to release the parking break. The break was not on. He insisted I roll down my window because he said he couldn't hear me. (He also has ear buds in). He did not have a mask on. He got right up to my window and insisted again that I I roll it down. I told him no again because he wasn't wearing a mask. I redshifted to neutral and it finally caught on the moving belt but the young man was very impolite and if they want to shout at me with my window rolled down then they'd better be wearing a mask. read more

Car wash did a good job considering the car was absolutely covered with road grim from traveling 600 miles on snowy wet roads. Only suggestion would be to provide a wet cloth to wipe down the inside while going through the wash. read more

Ran my car through twice and the ore wash was useless. I still had bugs all over the front and had to scrub off manually. I wouldn't recommend if you need your car barely washed, maybe it would be alright. But save yourself the $20 and go to Chevron. read more

Signed up for this service a few weeks ago as I got a new car. Since getting the service it's been an absolute nightmare trying to get the people at the wash to pull up my membership as I have my temp plates, and half the time once they find it they give me the wrong wash anyway. Several weeks ago I went through the car wash at the Centerville location and I did not get the wash I paid for, I know... accidents happen. Today I went through the car wash and I did NOT get the wash I paid for...accident again? I went right back through to "get it done right" and I still did NOT get the wash I paid for...another accident? I did not go back through a 3rd time. We took our other car through (same day) and once again...you guessed it, NOT the right wash. When I got home I called and was told someone will reach out to me but it may take a few days. I'm a big proponent of the old adage, if you want something done right, you've got to do it yourself. Quick Quack for me is just the right amount of do-it-yourselfness. If you've never experienced a similar tunnel wash, it can be intimidating on the first go. When you pull up there is a menu of washes to choose from starting at $6 going up to $20. Having tried all, I typically go with the good or better wash. Today I didn't bring a towel so I went with the better wash ($15 option) which offers a spot free rinse and a longer dry time. If you don't bring a towel, your car is going to end up with some water spots when you're finished, but it will be much cleaner than when you started. Quick Quack is not brushless or touchless. It has a variety of scrubbing apparatuses that get the road gunk off of your ride without scratching it like the brushes used to back in the 80s. If you have kids, I'm sure they're going to love all the flashing colors and the cool waterfall effect towards the end. In my experience, you don't have to be a kid to enjoy that sort of thing and I'd be lying if I said it wasn't part of the reason I choose Quick Quack. At the end of your tunnel ride you can proceed to the right where they offer free high-powered vacuums as well as the compressed air sprayers that I could never get Supersonic to use to alleviate the drips from my side mirrors. Getting the stray drops and drips with a towel and spending some time on the interior is just enough DIY for me and my car ends up just the way I like it. read more
