No bugs or anything just some splatter and it didn't even clean that. The car wash itself looks like something out of a dystopian movie with these huge concrete blocks lining the entrance and blocking the exit. I knew it wasn't full going in and I was sure to specify that it needed to be filled while I was there. It was quite surprising to see that it was still completely empty when I got home after my services. Long time customer but I will no longer Be going here due to the negligence of the employees. No leak became a big leak. Once I got back to the workshop to ask them to fix, they kept changing their story. Its a wearable thing, it on BMW for making their oil pan out of Aluminum, ... and once I got the car checked by BMW and they confirming wrong torque was applied. Then yet they changed their story by saying it was the previous shop (grease monkey) and not us. The manager is a straight liar!! Saying their employee told me the first time I was there that the oil pan was damaged before they touch it. They did not and I have everything recorded on my dashcam and phone. Complained to Grease Monkey and they seem not to care. Taking it as far as needed to make them responsible for their lie and lack of trained staff.

My truck has two large deep scratches across the hood at the exact location of the brush. Quick Quack is quick to deny any responsibility even after their snap shots show the scratch at the exit of the car wash. In addition wait times at many of the locations are extensive. I will be cancelling both of my cars and having my insurance company request and review the video footage. We have had two cars on subscription for about a year, seems like QQ would be a bit more diligent in solving the issue ie: a thorough review of the tape should show in no scratches, out scratches and the cause being a malfunction of their equipment. Clearly from the Photos that they sent me you can see a large deep scratch (there are several) across the hood in a small arc that would seem to prove the wash caused them, as the wash was pushing the truck forward and up. Update After posting this review I was sent the pictures of the full wash as I had requested. I have posted the picture and offer a sincere Apology for the misunderstanding. I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.
